- Pair or connect the controller to the computer before starting AKIBA LOST.

A game can advertise Xbox and PlayStation input on a desktop and still require a separate Deck review for display, input, operating-system, and suspend/resume behavior. - Exit AKIBA LOST normally on the first device instead of shutting down while it is still saving.
- Wait for Steam to finish its cloud synchronization before opening the game elsewhere.
- On the second device, allow Steam to complete its sync before launching the game.

That wording is narrower than “all progress transfers everywhere.” It documents a demo-to-full-game carryover on Steam and identifies an album-unlock benefit. The developer announced on October 8 that AKIBA LOST would “officially launch on October 20 (PDT).” The notice says the delay was related to the review and approval process. At the October 13 information timestamp, that date was still in the future.
Steam pages can lag behind announcements. The listing was still displaying “Coming soon” at that point, while older listings or indexed snippets could show September 16, September 17, or no firm date. Use the October 8 developer announcement for the announced date, then verify the live store page because the release state may have changed since the announcement.
The same notice mentions additional still shots and planned improvements to text display and controls. Unless the post-launch build confirms them, treat those as announced plans rather than features already available in the pre-release listing.
