Logitech documents both desk clamping and rig mounting for the G923; that does not mean every PS5 wheel supports the same methods. For an intermediate setup, OPLITE lists its Wheel Stand GT PRO V2 as compatible with G923 and T300/T300RS family equipment.

A desk can be a practical starting point if your wheel is designed to clamp to one and its instructions match your desk. For the G923, Logitech documents a built-in clamp for table or desk mounting. The clamp extenders are for thinner tables; Logitech says to remove them for thicker desks. Because the instructions cited here do not give one universal thickness or strength threshold, check the fit on your own desk rather than assuming that every surface will work.

Compatibility should be confirmed at the model level before purchase. A brand or product-family listing may not establish a fit for every wheelbase, pedal set, or revision. Check the stand’s current compatibility information and decide where it will be stored when folded.

Before choosing a rig, compare its mounting pattern and fasteners with your wheel and pedals, confirm exact model compatibility, and check the footprint and seat details. In particular, establish whether the seat is included rather than assuming it comes with the frame.

A mounting choice does not guarantee that a wheel works with every PS5 game. Logitech says the G923 works with games that support Logitech force-feedback wheels. Thrustmaster’s T300RS GT Edition page provides a list of PS5-compatible titles and says the wheel also works with PS4-compatible games listed there. Check support for your exact wheel model and the specific game before buying.
