Treat a cleared site as finished for that raid. For more attempts, rotate through the other reported locations or start a fresh raid rather than waiting beside the corpse.
Current location guides and databases describe roughly 14 Skulker sites on Pendola Pass. The most practical search begins in the ravine between Railyard and Commissary Supermarket, continues through Northern Tracks toward Almatera Station, and ends at the gondola area north of Old Town if your extraction schedule allows.

What is actually known about Skulker spawns?
Skulker is an ARC machine associated with Pendola Pass in the Frozen Trail-era content. MMOPIXEL’s 2026 guide says Skulkers spawn only on Pendola Pass and lists around 14 sites. Arc Tracker also lists 14 Pendola Pass locations, while GamesHorizon independently identifies Skulker as a Pendola Pass enemy and refers to the same approximate total. That agreement is useful for planning, but it is not an official per-match spawn guarantee.

The available guides do not establish that all 14 points are active in every match, that weather or other map conditions activate different points, or that each point can repopulate after a kill. A patch can also add, remove or move sites. If your map or enemy roster changes after a major update, check the locations again rather than assuming the old count is permanent.

Do Skulkers respawn during the same raid?
No verified answer has been published. The current location sources do not give a respawn interval, a kill-to-respawn rule, or a controlled test showing the same Skulker returning during one raid. A list of spawn sites tells you where an enemy may appear; it does not demonstrate that the enemy will be recreated after it dies.
The dependable rule for planning is to treat a fresh raid as the reset. After a kill, search another reported site if you still have time and supplies, or extract and queue again. Do not build a farming plan around standing at one cleared location and waiting for a timer that has not been documented.
Where do Skulkers spawn in ARC Raiders?
All of the current location reporting points to Pendola Pass. The following areas are the useful checkpoints for a search loop.
Recommended Free Tools
| Area | How guides describe it | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| Railyard–Commissary Supermarket ravine | MMOPIXEL’s most reliable reported area | Start here when the goal is a quick first sighting |
| Northern Tracks north of Almatera Station | Repeatedly reported corridor; PC Gamer uses it for Tracks of the Beast | Combine a quest ping with a Skulker search |
| Almaterra Station approach | Continuation of the Northern Tracks route toward the station | Extend the search without backtracking |
| Gondola extraction north of Old Town | Another reported hotspot | Optional final check when the route and extraction clock permit |
“Around 14” is a count of reported sites, not a promise that you will see 14 machines in one raid. The guides do not say whether every site rolls independently, whether some are mutually exclusive, or whether a particular match can contain more than one Skulker. Use the locations as a coverage map rather than a guaranteed checklist.

The most efficient Skulker search route
A route is safer and more productive than repeatedly checking one corpse. It also lets you abandon a bad search before the extraction window becomes dangerous.
- Begin at the Railyard–Commissary ravine. This is the area MMOPIXEL identifies as the most reliable. Approach through cover and inspect the ravine rather than running directly through its center.
- Move north to Northern Tracks. Follow the tracks toward Almatera Station. PC Gamer’s Tracks of the Beast walkthrough uses this corridor and reports that Bully and Skulker enemies are often present there.
- Continue toward Almatera Station. Search bends, cover and side approaches as you advance. The route gives you a second site cluster without requiring a long return trip to the ravine.
- Check the Old Town gondola area only when the timing is sensible. The gondola extraction north of Old Town is another reported hotspot. Make it the optional final leg, not a reason to miss extraction.
- Record a clear site and move on. If you kill or fail to find a Skulker, mark that location as checked for the current raid. There is no verified basis for waiting for a same-spot respawn.
This loop prioritizes coverage: ravine first, Northern Tracks and Almatera Station second, Old Town gondola last. Reverse it if your insertion point or extraction plan makes the opposite direction safer. The important principle is to rotate between documented sites instead of converting uncertain respawn behavior into lost raid time.
How to spot a Skulker on the snow
Skulkers can be difficult to identify on Pendola Pass. GamesHorizon emphasizes the machine’s camouflage against the snowy environment, so scan bushes, corners and other cover rather than looking only for a moving silhouette. Arc Tracker describes an ambush-oriented machine that waits before striking, which means a quiet area is not proof that the route is empty.
- Pause at the edge of a ravine or track section and scan before crossing.
- Check snow-covered bushes, corners and cover where a stationary machine can blend into the background.
- Use the Northern Tracks approach as a deliberate search corridor, not a sprint from one landmark to the next.
- Keep an extraction route in mind before committing to a fight; a successful kill is not useful if it leaves you trapped by the closing schedule or other Raiders.
Choose the route for your actual objective
The best route depends on why you need a Skulker. Coverage, time risk, purpose and safety point to different choices.

| Objective | Recommended approach | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Find one Skulker quickly | Railyard–Commissary ravine, then Northern Tracks | Starts at the area described as most reliable and adds the next reported corridor before a long detour |
| Complete Tracks of the Beast | Northern Tracks toward Almatera Station | PC Gamer’s walkthrough uses this path for the required ping and reports Bully and Skulker activity there |
| Collect Skulker Targeters | Run a multi-site Pendola Pass loop and extract after successful kills | More site coverage gives more opportunities than waiting at one point; the drop is not stated to be guaranteed |
| General ARC salvage | Use whichever reported site is closest to your planned extraction | Limits travel and time exposure when a Skulker is not the primary objective |
Finding a Skulker for Tracks of the Beast
For the Tracks of the Beast objective, prioritize Northern Tracks and continue toward Almatera Station. PC Gamer’s walkthrough directs players to that northern route and says Bully and Skulker enemies are often found there for the ping objective. This makes the corridor a practical two-purpose trip: you can progress the quest while checking a documented Skulker area.
- Enter Pendola Pass with the quest active and enough time to reach the northern corridor.
- Search Northern Tracks methodically, checking cover and corners instead of assuming a visible patrol will be nearby.
- Advance toward Almatera Station if the first section is empty; do not return to a cleared point solely to wait for a respawn.
- Complete the required ping when the Skulker is located, then decide whether the remaining route is worth the risk of a fight and extraction.
The walkthrough establishes the corridor as a useful place to look, not a guaranteed quest spawn. If no Skulker appears, rotate to the other reported Pendola Pass sites or start another raid.
Can you farm Skulker Targeters?
Yes, you can target Skulkers for the chance to obtain a Skulker Targeter, but the available evidence does not establish a guaranteed drop from every kill. The ARC Raiders Wiki describes Skulker Targeter as an uncommon deployable scavenged from destroyed Skulkers.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Once deployed, the Targeter fires at nearby ARC machines and Raiders. It can also target the Raider who placed it, so treat it as an area-denial device rather than a perfectly safe friendly gadget. That behavior is the clearest reason to hunt Skulkers after a quest is complete: a kill can provide a useful tactical item as well as salvage, even though the drop chance is not published.
Rank #4
For Targeter farming, use the same multi-site route: start at the ravine, move through Northern Tracks toward Almatera Station, and check the Old Town gondola area only if your extraction plan supports it. A new raid is a more dependable way to obtain another attempt than waiting at one defeated machine.
Combat notes and what can be damaged
Arc Tracker lists destructible Skulker parts including the head, weapon, arms, legs and thrusters. That information supports a targeted approach: watch for exposed legs or thrusters and use openings created by the machine’s movement or attack cycle. The cited source does not provide a complete weapon ranking, damage breakpoint, or claim that one part is always the optimal target, so do not treat any specific loadout or shot count as established fact.
Because Skulker is described as an ambush-oriented machine, the first contact can be more important than raw damage. Scan before entering a ravine, keep hard cover available, and avoid standing in an exposed track section while looking for a hidden machine. Other Raiders and ARC units can turn a long fight into an extraction problem, particularly near a known hotspot.
What to do when a reported site is empty
An empty location does not prove that the site is wrong or that a respawn is imminent. The sources leave several variables unresolved: whether all reported sites roll in every match, whether conditions alter the roll, and whether a site can repopulate after a kill.

- Check the entire local area. A report may cover a ravine, corridor or landmark rather than one exact rock. Search the surrounding cover before leaving.
- Rotate to the next checkpoint. Move from the ravine to Northern Tracks and then toward Almatera Station instead of camping the first location.
- Protect the extraction plan. If the route is taking too long, abandon the optional Old Town check and extract.
- Try a fresh raid. Since no within-raid timer is verified, a new raid is the safest reset assumption.
- Recheck after a major patch. Map changes or ARC-enemy updates can change site counts and behavior.
How much confidence should you place in the “14 sites” figure?
MMOPIXEL’s 2026 guide and Arc Tracker both report approximately 14 Pendola Pass sites, with GamesHorizon also referring to all 14. This is strong enough to plan a broad search route, but it remains guide and database reporting rather than an official developer rule. The official ARC Raiders site describes the game as an extraction adventure in which players scavenge the surface while facing ARC machines and other Raiders; it does not document Skulker spawn or respawn rules.
That distinction matters when comparing map information with a mechanic claim. A location report can tell you where players have observed Skulkers. It cannot, by itself, establish a timer, guarantee one machine per point, or show that a killed enemy will return during the same raid.
Bottom line for Skulker farming
Plan around Pendola Pass and roughly 14 reported sites, with the Railyard–Commissary ravine as the first check, Northern Tracks toward Almatera Station as the main follow-up, and the Old Town gondola area as an optional final stop. Within-raid respawn is unverified, so rotate or extract instead of waiting for a corpse to return. That approach supports quest pings, gives you chances at the uncommon Skulker Targeter, and avoids turning an uncertain mechanic into wasted raid time.
