What to expect from the Neo
DJI describes the Neo as a 135 g drone that can take off from and land on a palm. The company lists 4K/30fps capture in supported modes and also specifies 1080p vertical video modes. Check the chosen mode’s format and stabilization options rather than assuming every combination is available.

Flight time is a manufacturer estimate
DJI lists approximately 18 minutes of maximum hovering time, or approximately 17 minutes with propeller guards. Those figures come from manufacturer testing in a windless environment under defined camera and battery conditions; DJI says actual results vary with environment, use and firmware. They are not a promise of typical flight time.
Operating limits
DJI specifies maximum wind-speed resistance of 8 m/s (Level 4) and an operating temperature range of -10° to 40° C. These are manufacturer specifications, not independent test results.
