Is it suitable for side or back sleeping?

Its low, dual-height shape gives two height options, but the listed dimensions alone cannot establish whether either side will keep a particular sleeper comfortable or aligned. The Low Profile is the clearest match among these options if you have a smaller frame and want a low loft. Dentons’ descriptions do not establish that one model is objectively better; choose by the profile and sleeping position the manufacturer specifies, rather than assuming a higher pillow provides more support.

Dentons says used pillows cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. If a pillow is suspected to be faulty, the company requires a return authorization before assessment. Because an opened or used pillow may not be returned simply because its feel is unsuitable, compare the listed height and intended fit with your needs before purchase.
Care and cover
Dentons says the removable outer cover can be warm-machine-washed. The foam pillow itself should be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth, without detergent, then dried away from direct heat or sunlight. Verified buyer Jess H. wrote on Dentons’ page: “This pillow is good for neck support. My only complaint is that the cover it comes in is quite noisy so every time I move I hear the sound of it.” That is one buyer’s experience, not evidence that every cover will sound noisy or that the pillow will provide a particular health benefit.

Verdict: who should consider it?
The Dentons Low Profile is worth considering if you are a side or back sleeper with a small-to-medium frame, want a low dual-height pillow, and prefer moulded polyurethane over memory foam. It is a less certain choice if you need to try a pillow and return it when the feel is wrong, or if you are a side sleeper with a medium-large frame; Dentons positions its High Profile for that latter fit. The stated dimensions, material and care instructions offer practical points to compare, but they do not substitute for an individual fit assessment.
