How to interpret the 1,200 m³/h airflow figure
The sheet says “Air Movement up to 1,200 m3/h (free inlet delivery).” Free-inlet delivery is not the same as the airflow a fitted hood will achieve through a real duct. Duct length, bends, outlet restrictions and the installation itself affect the conditions under which a hood operates. The published figure is a specification, not an independent test result or a guarantee of installed performance.
No model-specific independent DEBETA 90 extraction or noise results are established by the available sources. Do not treat the family-sheet maximum as proof that the hood will ventilate a specific kitchen adequately or operate quietly.

Ducted or recirculating: which setup fits your kitchen?
Ducted exhaust
In ducted mode, cooking air is sent outside through an exhaust route. The sheet lists a 150 mm outlet. Before buying, check whether your kitchen can accommodate a compatible duct route and confirm the required clearances and installation details in the model’s instructions.

Recirculating operation
Recirculating operation returns filtered air to the room rather than exhausting it outdoors. The specification sheet names carbon filters as optional for this arrangement, but it does not provide DEBETA 90-specific filter part numbers, prices or replacement intervals. Confirm compatible parts and the installation method with De’Longhi or an authorized parts seller before ordering.

Check the 90 cm width against the kitchen
Measure the cooking surface and available cabinet space, then verify the hood’s actual dimensions and installation clearances. A 90 cm hood may suit a wider cooking area, but width alone does not establish correct coverage or installation suitability.

Confirm extension-flue fitment
An optional 850 mm extension flue is listed, and the sheet says it extends the maximum rangehood height by 300 mm. It does not identify DEBETA 90-specific part numbers or establish current stock. Verify compatibility and the finished installation height before purchasing.
