The Cuktech CP Turbo Fan Plus combines a handheld fan with a detachable magnetic power-bank handle. It is a practical two-in-one carry item if you want localized cooling and a way to top up a phone, but it is relatively heavy for a handheld fan and gets loud at higher speeds. Notebookcheck’s review found that it ran for about 4 hours 15 minutes on speed three and charged an iPhone 16 Pro approximately twice; those are results from that review’s test, not a guarantee for every phone or use pattern.
What the CP Turbo Fan Plus is—and what it is for
The CP Turbo Fan Plus has two parts: a fan attachment and a power-bank handle that connects to it magnetically. Detach the fan and the handle can be carried separately as a power bank. The fan has three standard speeds plus a Boost mode, and reaches up to 30,000 rpm according to Notebookcheck’s product data.

This is a personal cooling device, not a room fan. Its airflow is intended to circulate air over your skin; it does not cool a room. The combination makes most sense for commutes, outdoor events, travel, or other situations where having a fan and emergency phone power together is more useful than carrying either item alone.

- The case does not interfere with charging.
How loud is it, and how long does the battery last?
Noise varies substantially by speed
Notebookcheck measured noise from 50 cm away. It recorded just over 50 dB at the lowest setting, just over 70 dB at speed three, and more than 75 dB in Boost mode. The reviewer considered the higher settings potentially disruptive during extended use in quiet places. If you expect to use it in a library, office, or quiet room, the lowest setting is the more appropriate choice; the stronger airflow comes with a conspicuous noise tradeoff.
Runtime depends on the selected setting
In Notebookcheck’s test, the fan ran for about 4 hours 15 minutes on speed three before its battery was depleted. The review says runtime is longer at lower speeds and substantially shorter in Boost, but does not provide exact figures for those settings. Treat the tested speed-three result as a reference point, not a promised runtime: settings and use affect how long the fan can run.

What the power-bank numbers mean
The stated battery capacity is 10,000 mAh, made up of two 5,000 mAh cells, with a stated energy capacity of 36 Wh. But the review lists rated USB output capacity as 5,800 mAh at 5V/2A. These figures describe different things: the cell capacity is not the amount of power delivered at the USB port, so the 10,000 mAh figure should not be read as 10,000 mAh available to charge a phone.

Actual results will vary with the phone, its battery condition, charging losses, and whether the fan is also being used. The review notes that the maximum 33 W output is less suited to high-performance laptop charging.

Ports, charging, size, and what is included
| Feature | Reported specification |
|---|---|
| Battery | 10,000 mAh total cell capacity; 36 Wh stated energy; 5,800 mAh rated USB output at 5V/2A |
| USB-C | One input/output port |
| Maximum output | 33 W |
| Maximum input | 27 W |
| Dimensions | Approximately 15.5 × 7.5 × 4.5 cm |
| Weight | Approximately 310 g for the complete unit |
| Fan settings | Three speeds plus Boost |
These specifications are reported in Notebookcheck’s 2026 review. The review says the package includes the fan attachment, power-bank handle, wrist strap, and multilingual user manual. There is no integrated USB cable or display. The detached fan leaves exposed contacts, and the USB-C port has no cover.
Is it portable enough to carry?
At about 310 g and approximately 15.5 × 7.5 × 4.5 cm, the assembled device is a noticeable item to hold or pack. Its detachable design offers flexibility: keep the fan attached when you want both functions together, or separate the handle when you only need the power bank. The tradeoff is that it is heavier than a fan-only carry item, while using it as a power bank requires access to a USB-C cable.

Who should consider it?
- Consider it if you regularly face hot commutes or outdoor waits and value having emergency phone charging in the same device.
- Think twice if low noise matters, especially if you expect to use the higher speeds in quiet environments.
- Think twice if minimizing carry weight is the priority: the complete unit weighs about 310 g.
- Choose a different solution if your main need is cooling a room or charging a laptop at high power; this fan is for localized airflow and its maximum output is 33 W.

Verdict
The CP Turbo Fan Plus is best understood as a convenience device, not a specialist fan or a high-capacity standalone charger. Its detachable magnetic design gives you airflow and phone power in one package, and Notebookcheck’s test suggests enough output for roughly two iPhone 16 Pro charges. The costs of that convenience are a 310 g carry weight, limited USB output relative to laptop needs, and noise that rises sharply as fan speed increases.
