Crown Coins Casino VIP Program Review: Reported Tiers, Perks and What to Verify

Crown Coins’ VIP program is reportedly a automatic, points-based ladder. You earn points by playing, and higher tiers reportedly bring more coinback, larger bonuses, birthday gifts, premium store features and, at the top, faster redemptions and a personal host. The catch is that published accounts disagree on how many tiers exist. MLive (March 25, 2026) lists six, ending at Emerald. Action Network (October 2026) lists seven, adding Pearl above Emerald. Neither is an official schedule, and the operator’s landing page advertises a “Top VIP Experience” without a tier table in its text. This review sets out both versions side by side and shows what to check before you count any perk as valuable.

How many VIP tiers does Crown Coins have?

It depends on which report you read. Both agree on the first six rungs and their point thresholds. They differ only at the top.

Tier Points needed Listed by MLive (Mar 25, 2026) Listed by Action Network (Oct 2026)
Entry 0 Yes Yes
Bronze 500 Yes Yes
Silver 5,000 Yes Yes
Gold 50,000 Yes Yes
Diamond 500,000 Yes Yes
Emerald 5 million (MLive: “5 million or more”) Yes, as the top tier Yes, 5,000,000
Pearl 50 million Not listed Yes, as the top tier

So the answer to “what is the highest Crown Coins VIP level?” is Emerald per MLive and Pearl per Action Network. The gap could mean the program added a tier between the two dates, or that one outlet is incomplete, but neither page says which. Treat Pearl as reported, not confirmed. The official landing page the operator runs (Sunflower Limited is named as the operator) highlights a “Top VIP Experience” but does not show a schedule in its rendered text.

How do you earn Crown VIP points?

Players are reportedly enrolled automatically, starting at Entry with zero points. Both reviews describe the same conversion: one point per 100,000 Crown Coins (CC) wagered, or one point per Sweeps Coin (SC) wagered.

Simple arithmetic on those reported rates shows how steep the ladder is. Wagering only SC, Bronze takes 500 SC of total wagers, Gold 50,000 SC, Diamond 500,000 SC, and Emerald 5 million SC. Pearl would take 50 million SC. Using CC alone, each point needs 100,000 CC, so Bronze would take 50 million CC wagered. These are totals wagered, not amounts lost or spent, but they show that upper tiers are built for very heavy play. This is a reported conversion, not a suggestion to wager more.

What are the top perks?

Coinback

MLive reports coinback on net losses rising from 2% at Bronze to 6% at Emerald. Action Network gives 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6% and 7% from Bronze through Pearl. The two are consistent where they overlap. Coinback returns a slice of losses, so it only exists when you have lost, and it never makes play profitable on its own.

Bonuses and gifts

MLive describes boosted daily and monthly rewards and birthday gifts at some tiers. Action Network also lists birthday gifts, plus access to premium store features and an RC Social Club at upper tiers. Neither review gives a full tier-by-tier breakdown of reward amounts in the material available.

Premium store and Diamond redemptions

MLive reports premium store features and daily Sweeps Coin redemptions starting at Diamond.

Host and faster redemptions

MLive reports a personal account host and redemptions within 24 hours at Emerald. Action Network places the 24-hour redemption at Pearl instead. This is another sign the two accounts describe different versions of the program, or that one is imprecise.

Does VIP status make redemptions faster?

Reportedly yes at the highest tiers, but a “within 24 hours” claim is not a guaranteed payout time. Redemptions of Sweeps Coins are typically subject to identity verification and minimum balances. One terms page found in search, hosted at us-us-crowncoinscasino.com, lists identity checks and minimum redemption balances, and says Gold Coins have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for prizes, while Sweeps Coins are promotional and may be redeemable after verification. Its domain does not match the official crowncoinscasino.com address and its provenance is unverified, so use it only as a prompt to read the current terms inside your own account.

Regulatory context: Illinois

Availability varies by state. In a letter dated February 4, 2026, the Illinois Gaming Board stated: “The IGB has neither licensed nor authorized Crown Coins Casino to engage in online gambling activity.” The letter demanded the operator block Illinois residents or stop offering cash, gift cards and other prizes there. That is one regulator’s position about Illinois, not a nationwide ruling, but it matters if you live there, because VIP perks are only worth something if you can legitimately use and redeem them.

What to verify before valuing any perk

  • Your actual tier list. Check the VIP page in your account to see whether Pearl exists and where the top tier sits.
  • Which currency counts. Confirm whether coinback and bonuses are paid in CC or SC, and whether points accrue on both.
  • Coinback basis and timing. MLive describes it as based on net losses; confirm the period (daily, weekly, monthly) and any wagering requirement on the returned coins.
  • Redemption conditions. Look for verification steps, minimum balances and what “24 hours” starts counting from.
  • Your state’s status. Confirm the site is permitted where you live.
  • Disclosure. MLive says it may be compensated for registrations through its links, and Action Network is a commercial publisher, so weigh their enthusiasm accordingly.

The reviewed reports also describe qualification as tied to wagering, so VIP rewards are a cost-offset on play, not evidence that spending is worthwhile. Note too that Crown Coins’ own pages advertise “No Purchase Necessary,” so the tiers are reachable through play of either currency, per the reported conversion.
