The Nitro Deck 2 is a controller that the console fits into for handheld play. CRKD announced a UK price of £89.99 in 2025, and Argos listed it at £89.99 when checked on 7 October 2026. Argos asks shoppers to check local stock, so its listing does not confirm that it is available for delivery or collection everywhere. Price and stock can change.

Those two prices do not prove that a promotion below £75 is impossible; they do mean the headline’s under-£75 claim is not supported as a general price. If you find a lower offer, check that it is for the Nitro Deck 2, whether the seller has stock, and whether delivery charges change the total.

Which Nintendo consoles and other devices does it support?
CRKD and Argos state compatibility with Nintendo Switch 2, the original Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch OLED. Check the exact console model against the seller’s listing before ordering, particularly if buying for someone else.
CRKD also says the controller can work wired or wirelessly with PC, mobile devices and selected smart TVs. That is manufacturer-stated compatibility, not a guarantee for every device, operating system or connection setup. Consult CRKD’s product information and FAQ for supported-device details.

Controls and customization
CRKD lists remappable controls, adjustable vibration and thumbstick deadzones, motion control in supported games, and turbo mode. A companion app, CRKD CTRL, is described as a way to customize settings and update firmware. These are manufacturer-listed features; there is no independent testing here of their performance, latency or ease of use.
Thumbsticks and ergonomics
CRKD describes its CaptiStick thumbsticks as capacitor-based and zero-contact, designed to avoid stick drift and magnetic interference. Those are design and performance claims from the manufacturer, not independently verified results. The company also highlights sculpted contours, revised ergonomics and a retractable locking mechanism; comfort and durability will depend on the user and have not been independently assessed here.

Use with a docked console
CRKD says the removable centerpiece lets the Nitro Deck 2 convert into a standalone, pro-style controller when the console is docked. The company also lists an integrated display stand.

CRKD’s 2025 announcement gave separate announced prices of £34.99 for a hardshell carry case and £19.99 for D-pad/stick-top packs. These are not verified current offers. The announcement said the packs were expected in Spring 2026, but current availability and pricing have not been confirmed. Where can you buy it?
Argos has a UK listing at £89.99, but shoppers need to check local delivery or collection stock and the checkout price. CRKD’s FAQ said Amazon availability would come at a later date; that does not establish that an Amazon UK listing is live now. Verify any marketplace listing, seller and total price rather than assuming it is available.
For a purchase decision, compare the price and return terms at checkout, confirm compatibility with your console, and check whether the accessories you want are included or sold separately.
