CPU-Z 2.10’s July 9, 2024 changelog identifies the Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 as having 4 Zen 5 cores plus 8 Zen 5c cores, and the Ryzen AI 9 365 as having 4 Zen 5 plus 6 Zen 5c. That is 12 cores for the HX 375 and 10 for the 365. The entry is a dated support update—not a complete catalog of every Ryzen AI 300 processor.
What CPU-Z 2.10 says
CPUID’s CPU-Z 2.10 release entry names the two processors and their core splits: “AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 (4x Zen 5 + 8x Zen 5c), Ryzen AI 9 365 (4x Zen 5 + 6x Zen 5c) Strix Point APUs.” The changelog is dated July 9, 2024. Read the CPU-Z changelog at CPUID.

| Processor named in CPU-Z 2.10 | Zen 5 cores | Zen 5c cores | Total CPU cores | Changelog identification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ryzen AI 9 HX 375 | 4 | 8 | 12 | Strix Point APU |
| Ryzen AI 9 365 | 4 | 6 | 10 | Strix Point APU |
The totals come from adding the two core types in CPUID’s listing. AMD described the Ryzen AI 300 family at launch as offering up to 12 CPU cores and 24 threads, so the HX 375’s listed core total matches that launch maximum. That family-level maximum does not mean every Ryzen AI 300 model has 12 cores. AMD’s June 2, 2024 launch announcement.
How to read the Zen 5 and Zen 5c split
The notation reports how many CPU cores of each type are present. For example, “4x Zen 5 + 8x Zen 5c” means four Zen 5 cores and eight Zen 5c cores, for 12 CPU cores altogether. It is not a thread count, and the changelog does not provide a performance comparison between the two core types or between these processors.

Accordingly, the core totals alone cannot establish which processor will be faster in a particular workload. The changelog is useful for identifying the configurations CPU-Z 2.10 lists, not for predicting performance.
Why the changelog is not a complete Ryzen AI 300 lineup
CPU-Z 2.10 records the models named in that software release. AMD’s portfolio subsequently expanded: its January 6, 2025 announcement lists the Ryzen AI 7 350 with 8 cores and 16 threads, and the Ryzen AI 5 340 with 6 cores and 12 threads, as additions alongside previously announced Ryzen 9 models. Those later entries should not be read back into the July 2024 CPU-Z changelog. AMD’s January 2025 portfolio announcement.

Keep the Ryzen AI 7 345 separate
The Ryzen AI 7 345 is another example of why model and codename matter. AMD’s product specifications list it with 2 Zen 5 cores and 4 Zen 5c cores, for 6 total cores and 12 threads, and identify its former codename as Krackan Point. This differs from CPUID’s “Strix Point” designation for the HX 375 and Ryzen AI 9 365 entries. The 345’s specification is not one of the two configurations quoted in the CPU-Z 2.10 changelog.
