Possibly, but there is no verified current Amazon Bedrock listing or import path for a specific Decart Lucy model. Bedrock can expose models through its provider catalog, Bedrock Marketplace, or Custom Model Import, yet each route has separate availability and compatibility rules. The AWS and Decart documentation checked on October 13, 2026 does not establish that Lucy is currently offered through any of those Bedrock routes.
Developers should treat this as a live compatibility check, not an announced integration. Confirm the exact Lucy model, AWS Region, endpoint, artifact format, license, video features, and operational requirements before committing to an architecture.

What “offered on Bedrock” could mean
Amazon Bedrock is not a single gateway that automatically proxies every external model API. A Decart model could theoretically become usable through one of several distinct mechanisms:
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Bedrock provider catalog: AWS or a model provider makes a model available through Bedrock’s supported model inventory and runtime APIs.
- Bedrock Marketplace: a third-party model is listed for discovery, subscription, and deployment through the Marketplace workflow.
- Custom Model Import: a developer imports a compatible model artifact into Bedrock, subject to AWS’s architecture, format, size, context, transformer-version, Region, and other requirements.
- Direct Decart API: an application calls Decart’s own API or SDK without using Bedrock. This is a separate integration, not evidence of Bedrock support.
A general statement that Bedrock supports third-party models does not prove that Decart is a provider, that a Lucy version is listed, or that a Lucy checkpoint qualifies for import. AWS describes model access by model, API, endpoint, and Region in its model availability and compatibility documentation.

What is verified—and what is not
The official material available for this question documents Decart’s Lucy APIs and SDK separately from AWS Bedrock. Decart publishes an API reference for Lucy 2.1 VTON and another for Lucy Dev I2V. Its JavaScript SDK repository demonstrates a direct, queue-based workflow.
Those pages establish that direct Decart integration is a documented route to investigate. They do not establish that Lucy appears in the Bedrock model catalog, has a Bedrock Marketplace listing, or can be imported as a compatible artifact. The AWS pages likewise explain the available Bedrock mechanisms but do not identify a current Decart listing. Because model catalogs, APIs, and regional availability change, check the live account and target Region immediately before implementation.
How the four routes differ
| Route | What you receive | What must be verified | What current documentation establishes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bedrock provider catalog | A model exposed through Bedrock-supported APIs and endpoints | Exact Lucy model/version, invocation API, endpoint, Region, input and output schema, video support, account access, quotas, latency, and throughput | AWS documents catalog availability by model, API, endpoint, and Region; no Decart Lucy availability is verified |
| Bedrock Marketplace | A third-party model discovered, subscribed to, and deployed through Marketplace | Whether a Decart listing exists; license, subscription terms, deployment process, supported API, Region, networking, scaling, and operations | AWS documents Marketplace as a third-party discovery and deployment route; no Decart listing is identified |
| Custom Model Import | An eligible model artifact hosted through Bedrock’s imported-model capability | Hugging Face weights format, supported architecture, model size and context limits, transformer version, supported Region, license, and artifact rights | AWS specifies conditional import requirements; arbitrary access to a hosted API is not enough |
| Direct Decart API or SDK | Decart-hosted Lucy jobs called with Decart credentials and interfaces | API key, request schema, asynchronous job handling, output retrieval, quotas, pricing, data handling, and production reliability | Decart documents Lucy endpoints and a queue-oriented SDK separately from Bedrock |
Step 1: Check the exact Bedrock catalog entry
Start with the live Amazon Bedrock model catalog, then repeat the check while signed into the AWS account and Region that will run the application. Search for “Decart,” “Lucy,” and the precise version name rather than relying on a vendor-family search or an old screenshot.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →- Record the exact name and version. A result for one Lucy release would not automatically cover another release, a development model, or a video-editing variant.
- Open the model card. Confirm the supported Bedrock API, endpoint type, modalities, request and response format, maximum payloads, and any access approval or entitlement step.
- Check the target Region. A model can be documented by AWS yet unavailable in the Region where your production resources run. Verify the same Region used by the application, storage, queues, and monitoring.
- Test account access. Organization policies, service quotas, model-access settings, and vendor terms can prevent an otherwise visible model from being invoked.
- Capture the listing date and version. Keep the model card URL and the date checked in your architecture record so a later catalog change is detectable.
If the exact Lucy model is absent, do not describe it as a Bedrock integration. Move to the Marketplace and import checks, or evaluate the direct Decart API.

Step 2: Test whether Custom Model Import is realistic
Custom Model Import is conditional model deployment, not a universal adapter for hosted APIs. AWS’s Custom Model Import documentation describes the artifact and architecture constraints that an imported model must satisfy.
Artifact and architecture
Obtain the exact Decart checkpoint and technical description that would be imported. AWS states that imported artifacts use Hugging Face weights format and identifies supported architectures. A Decart API key, endpoint, or SDK package does not supply the weights needed for import. If Decart does not provide an importable checkpoint, import is not an option regardless of API compatibility.
Size, context, and transformer limits
Compare the checkpoint’s model size and context requirements with the limits in the current AWS documentation. Also compare its transformer version with the versions AWS supports. These are hard compatibility checks: a model that exceeds a limit or depends on an unsupported implementation cannot be made eligible simply by changing the invocation code.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesRegion and rights
Confirm that Custom Model Import is supported in the Region selected for deployment. Separately verify that the Decart license grants the rights to copy, host, and operate the artifact in AWS. An API subscription does not automatically grant redistribution or self-hosting rights.

Runtime behavior
Even a technically importable checkpoint must expose behavior that fits the workload. Compare the model’s video inputs, outputs, frame or resolution expectations, asynchronous processing needs, and error behavior with the Bedrock runtime interface. AWS import eligibility alone does not promise that a video pipeline will have the same features as Decart’s hosted service.
Step 3: Investigate Bedrock Marketplace separately
Marketplace deployment is distinct from importing a vendor’s API or downloading its weights. AWS describes Bedrock Marketplace as a route for discovering, subscribing to, and deploying third-party foundation models.
- Search Marketplace for a listing naming Decart and the exact Lucy release.
- Read the listing’s license, subscription terms, deployment instructions, supported Regions, and API surface.
- Determine whether deployment runs in your account, through a managed endpoint, or through another arrangement described by the listing.
- Check networking, IAM permissions, data residency, scaling controls, monitoring, and upgrade behavior before treating the listing as production-ready.
- Validate that the advertised task matches your workload: image-to-video generation, video editing, virtual try-on, or another operation is not interchangeable merely because all are called “video AI.”
The absence of a listing in the account or target Region is meaningful for planning, but it should be rechecked because Marketplace inventory can change. Do not infer a Marketplace offer from Decart’s public API documentation.

Step 4: Verify runtime and video-feature compatibility
For any route that appears available, compare the complete runtime contract rather than only the model name.

- Invocation interface: identify the supported Bedrock API or endpoint and whether requests are synchronous, asynchronous, or job-based.
- Inputs: document accepted image or video formats, dimensions, duration, frame limits, text prompts, masks, and optional controls.
- Outputs: establish whether the result is returned inline, stored at a location, or retrieved after a job completes; record codecs, containers, resolution, and metadata.
- Performance: measure the latency and throughput your product needs. Documentation does not provide a valid Decart-on-Bedrock benchmark, so do not substitute a benchmark from another model or route.
- Access: confirm account permissions, model-access approval, service quotas, and any vendor subscription or entitlement.
- Region: verify every dependent service in the same deployment design, including object storage, queues, functions, and monitoring where applicable.
A model can be callable yet still fail the application’s requirements because its endpoint does not support the needed video operation or because its output handling conflicts with your pipeline.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Direct Decart integration when Bedrock is unavailable
If no Bedrock catalog, Marketplace, or import route passes the checks, a direct Decart integration remains a separate option. The Lucy 2.1 VTON API reference documents an API-key-authenticated video-editing workflow for virtual try-on. The Lucy Dev I2V reference documents image-to-video generation. These are different tasks, so select the endpoint that matches the product behavior instead of treating “Lucy” as one interchangeable API.
Decart’s SDK repository demonstrates a queue-based job pattern. Plan for submission, status tracking, completion handling, failed jobs, timeouts, and output retrieval. Keep the API key on a server-side component, define retry and idempotency behavior, and store returned media according to your retention and privacy requirements. The direct route also requires its own review of quotas, pricing, data handling, and service-level expectations; none of those values can be inferred from Bedrock documentation.
How to compare a viable route
Once one or more routes are actually available, use the same decision record for each. This avoids choosing a platform based only on branding or a model name.
Best Value
| Decision axis | Question to answer |
|---|---|
| Exact model | Is the required Lucy release available, or would a different version change quality or features? |
| Task fit | Does it support the required video task and the precise input/output behavior? |
| Region and endpoint | Can the application invoke it in the production Region through an endpoint it can operate? |
| License and artifacts | Are the model, media, and any imported weights licensed for the intended use and storage arrangement? |
| Deployment responsibility | Who handles scaling, patching, capacity, monitoring, and incident response? |
| API and SDK fit | Can the existing application use the interface without rewriting its job, queue, and media pipeline? |
| Cost and latency | What are the current service charges and observed timings for this exact route and workload? |
| Account access | Will IAM, organization policy, quotas, subscriptions, and model approvals allow production use? |
No comparable current price or performance figures are established for Decart on Bedrock versus Decart’s own API. Obtain route-specific pricing and run representative workload tests before making a financial or latency claim.
Common mistakes and recovery paths
Assuming third-party support means every third-party model is supported
Why it fails: Bedrock’s general support for external providers does not create a listing for Decart. Recovery: require an exact model-card or Marketplace entry in the target account and Region.
Treating a Decart API as an importable model
Why it fails: Custom Model Import requires a compatible artifact and supported architecture, not merely network access to a hosted endpoint. Recovery: request the precise checkpoint, format, license, and technical specifications, then compare them with AWS’s import requirements.
Checking only the model name
Why it fails: Lucy VTON and Lucy Dev I2V represent different tasks and interfaces. Recovery: validate the operation, inputs, outputs, and asynchronous behavior end to end.
Ignoring regional differences
Why it fails: model, API, Marketplace, and import availability can vary by Region. Recovery: perform the check in the exact production Region and record the date.
Promising cost or throughput without evidence
Why it fails: neither the AWS nor Decart pages cited here provide a like-for-like benchmark or current comparative price. Recovery: obtain current pricing and test your own representative jobs after confirming access.
Practical decision rule
Call a Decart model a Bedrock option only when you can point to a current catalog entry, Marketplace listing, or successful Custom Model Import assessment for the exact version and Region. If none exists, describe the integration accurately as a direct Decart API or SDK connection. Recheck the AWS catalog, Marketplace, and Decart artifact and license documentation whenever the model version, Region, or production architecture changes.
