The network says the structure is intended to give firms clearer regional contacts and more focused support; the announcement does not report measured results.
Who are the regional contacts?
| Region | Head of network relationships | Relationship manager |
|---|---|---|
| North | Andrew Needham | Nayanaa Prashar |
| South | Graeme Lewis | Wayne Donovan |
Mortgage Solutions reported the assignments on 1 October 2026. Its report does not define the boundary between the North and South, list postcode coverage, or provide individual contact details. Firms needing to confirm which team covers them will need to contact Cornerstone Network through its usual channels.
What is changing, and why?
The announcement describes a regional allocation of the relationship team, pairing a head of network relationships with a relationship manager in each region. Cornerstone says this is intended to provide clearer points of contact and more focused support for firms. It does not publish service-level figures or performance results showing the structure’s effect so far.
What does Cornerstone say the structure is meant to support?
Haydn Thomas, CEO of Cornerstone Group, said the updated structure reflects a commitment to strengthening relationships across the network and helping firms achieve their goals. He also said the group aims to empower mortgage and protection advisers to grow their businesses with confidence. Those statements describe the company’s aims, not measured outcomes.
