Choose the right trial before installing
Corel advertises a 15-day trial without requiring a credit card. Its trial page offers two different ways to try the product, so select according to whether you want to evaluate the desktop suite or test a limited browser experience.

Check your computer against the published requirements

For the Mac-specific details, consult CorelDRAW 2026 Help: System requirements. Corel warns that hardware below CPU or GPU requirements can result in slow performance, reduced functionality, or instability. Meeting a minimum does not guarantee equally smooth performance for every project.

Purchase, download, install, and authenticate
- Decide whether to try before buying. Use the browser trial for a no-install preview with limited features, or select the full Windows or Mac Graphics Suite trial from Corel’s trial page.
- Select a license. Compare subscription, one-time purchase, and any maintenance offer on Corel’s comparison page. Check the live checkout for your region, including the exact term, renewal, taxes, and cancellation conditions.
- Confirm compatibility. Compare your system with the requirements above and recheck Corel’s current requirements page before purchasing.
- Use Corel’s official product route. Open the Graphics Suite product page to buy or access the available trial. Use the Corel Account associated with the purchase to access the product and authenticate.
- Install using Corel’s current instructions. Follow the installer guidance provided by Corel for your operating system. Internet is required for installation and authentication; do not assume the initial setup can be completed offline.
- Sign in to authenticate. Corel requires account authentication. The specific installer screens and button labels are not established here, so use Corel’s current on-screen prompts and support instructions rather than expecting a particular sequence.
Know what happens after installation
After authentication, Corel says the main product features can be accessed offline. Some included components, online features, and content still require an internet connection and authentication. Subscribers must reconnect at least every 30 days to re-authenticate. See Corel’s authentication and subscription support for current account and subscription guidance.
A one-time purchase remains tied to its specific version: it does not include later version upgrades, new features, or subscriber-exclusive material. An active subscription includes upgrades to the latest version, while an expired subscription reverts to viewer mode. For a perpetual license with maintenance, Corel says you retain the last version delivered if maintenance ends; future updates stop with it.
