Interact with the CRT television inside to start the ritual.
Before you head to the Oldest House Fault
The Oldest House Fault is part of The House in Distress. If its objective will not advance, complete The Underpass Fault first; that is a progression requirement, not evidence of a bug. Once you return to the Oldest House, head toward Executive Research to meet Zoe and continue toward Prime Candidate Training and Main Observation.

Restore power to the Main Test Chamber route
If Main Test Chamber V-E2 has no power, do not keep trying its sealed entrance. Follow Zoe through Classrooms to the Interactions Lab. There, locate the active Power Core charge and transfer it to the inactive core that supplies the sealed route. Room landmarks may be described differently in walkthroughs, so use the visible sockets and the in-game objective to identify the correct transfer.
Solve the Electrokinesis Test
The test uses a 3×3 wall grid of Power Cores. Strike a node to toggle it on or off, and match the arrangement shown on the active screens. Nodes stay on until struck again, so switch off any extras before moving to the next pattern.

- Triangle: Activate the top-left, top-right, and bottom-middle nodes.
- Four corners: Activate the top-left, top-right, bottom-left, and bottom-right nodes. Turn off the bottom-middle node from the previous pattern.
- Cross: Activate every node in the middle row and every node in the middle column.
The screens change to show each next pattern. When the cross is correct, the screens turn green and the test-room exit opens.
Return through the training area
After the test, continue along the side-storage and observation route toward Zoe and the High Risk Chamber. Proceed through the training area; expect an enemy encounter in the atrium or Director Training section before heading back toward Main Test Chamber V-E2. Room-by-room traversal descriptions vary, so follow the objective markers and accessible route rather than relying on a single set of compass directions.

Activate the ritual in Main Test Chamber V-E2
If necessary, meet Zoe at the access panel, then enter Main Test Chamber V-E2. Move past the mannequins and flowers to the CRT television in the center of the ritual site and interact with it. The objective changes to completing the ritual, beginning the Oldest House Fault sequence.

Fix common blockers
- The Fault objective will not advance: Check the quest log and finish The Underpass Fault if it is incomplete.
- The Main Test Chamber entrance is still sealed: Take the Classrooms route to the Interactions Lab and transfer the active charge to the inactive Power Core for the route.
- A pattern will not register: Compare every lit node with the current screen pattern. Strike extra nodes to switch them off; they remain active until toggled again.
- The test exit stays closed: Check the triangle and corner patterns, then verify that the final cross includes the full middle row and middle column. The success indication is green screens followed by the exit opening.
- The ritual has not started: Reach the CRT in Main Test Chamber V-E2 and interact with it.
Sources and route variations
This walkthrough reflects agreement among third-party route guides on the prerequisite, Electrokinesis patterns, and CRT trigger. Some fine-grained room labels and traversal descriptions differ, so use the in-game objective and landmarks when a specific turn or room name does not match what you see.
