To finish Every Dog Has Her Day in CONTROL Resonant, return the small blue-green dragon plush to the dog in each of seven zones, then go back to the dog in The Gap and interact with her. The Gap is the quest’s final completion visit, not another plush delivery.
How the dog quest works
When you are close, the dog is marked by a paw icon. Find the dragon plush nearby, carry it back to the dog’s bed or basket, and interact with her to complete that zone’s step. The seven encounters become available as you progress through the campaign, and some routes require traversal abilities or environmental puzzles. If you carry the plush too far from its encounter, it can reset to its original position; carrying it also limits some actions.

The Chowrap/Chowtrap dog-food billboard is a useful landmark in Downtown, Central, Evacuation Zone, and West Incursion Zone. Guides spell the sign both ways.

Finish the quest in The Gap
After completing all seven plush returns, go to The Gap and interact with the dog to finish the quest. PowerPyx calls this final visit “Dog #8,” while AllThingsHow describes seven encounters and still directs players to the Gap for the finishing interaction. The practical distinction is simple: seven toy-return encounters, followed by one completion visit.

PowerPyx says completion unlocks the Dog’s Best Friend trophy or achievement and the Untapped Trusted Spanner artifact. VGTimes additionally reports that the Trusted Spanner artifact recipe is granted and that the artifact increases Dylan’s Raw Damage by 15%; that effect is a guide-reported detail.
If a location is inaccessible
Some encounters depend on story abilities, including Shift and Reach. The Park requires powering a lift, while the Underpass route combines gravity traversal with grappling. If you cannot complete a route yet, continue the campaign until the needed ability or route is available, then return.
