You find the unfinished model, carry the loose pieces back to it, place each one in its highlighted slot, then interact with the finished model and choose Draw. Completing it adds a Dream House sketchbook entry and awards 1 Undefined Reading.
Where to find the Dream House in Control Resonant
Start at the Railyard Street Station secret marker in the Evacuation Zone. Walkthroughs agree on that anchor but describe the physical site differently, so use the marker rather than a description to find the right spot. If you cannot see the model at first, check both the upper and lower areas around the station.

These are three descriptions of what is probably the same place, not three different locations. If your surroundings do not match one description, the marker and the unfinished model are the reliable signs.
What the loose pieces are and where they go
Published walkthroughs do not agree on the exact set of pieces, so the model’s highlighted slots are the authority, not any list. Two versions appear in the guides.

The seven-step sequence
One walkthrough lists the order in which the pieces are placed:
- Attach the ground board.
- Place a second board.
- Attach the small block.
- Add a board from above.
- Place the potted plant.
- Position the dog figurine.
- Finish with the staircase board.
The six named pieces
Another walkthrough names six pieces: the house wall, the planter, the cat statue, the house roof, the plant, and the dog statue. Do not expect your copy of the game to show exactly the same names or number. Match each object to a highlighted slot and keep going until none remain.

Placement for the six-piece setup
Desmond Pike’s guide, published September 29 and updated October 1, 2026, describes where the six pieces belong relative to one another:
- House wall: fills the front of the model.
- House roof: fills the missing roof section.
- Planter: sits on the wooden plank in front.
- Cat statue: goes on the left side of the board.
- Dog statue: sits between the planter and the cat statue.
- Plant: goes in a highlighted spot to the left of the house.
Use this as a check on your own placement. If a slot is highlighted in a different place than described, follow the highlight.

Where to look for remaining pieces
Pieces you have not yet placed are usually near the station. Search the nearby rooftop or upper walkway, then the lower space. Pick up anything that matches a highlighted slot and carry it back to the model.

- Interact with the unfinished model at the Railyard Street Station secret marker to start tracking the pieces.
- Gather each loose piece from the nearby upper and lower areas.
- Return to the model and place each piece in its matching highlighted position.
- When Dylan says the model is finished, interact with it again.
- Select Draw.
If the game says the model still needs something, a piece is missing. Go back to the nearby area, find it, place it, and then try Draw again.

Rewards and how to confirm completion
Drawing the completed model adds a Dream House sketchbook (archive) entry and awards 1 Undefined Reading. The reward is consistent across the walkthroughs, which is the most dependable part of this activity.
One walkthrough also reports a 100 zone completion score. No other walkthrough confirms that figure, so treat it as that guide’s claim rather than a verified value.
To confirm the activity registered, look for the collectible popup or the new Dream House entry in your sketchbook archive. If you see neither after selecting Draw, the model has not been accepted as complete, and the missing-piece check above applies.
