Overview

Wukong positions itself as an out-of-the-box AI CRM for sales, service, marketing, and commerce. Sales Cloud combines automated processes, CRM records, and real-time analytics to support pipeline execution and deal outcomes. Service Cloud adds multichannel support, intelligent agents, and self-service, making the suite relevant beyond sales teams.

The product family includes SmartAgent, Wukong AI, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Smart BI, ChatHub, and Integration Hub. That breadth can reduce the need to assemble separate systems, but it also makes Wukong a better fit for organizations prepared to select and configure a larger platform rather than a narrowly focused CRM.

Key features

Sales pipeline: A visual sales pipeline gives teams a direct view of opportunities, while automated processes and real-time analytics are aimed at improving sales efficiency and deal success.
Marketing automation: Marketing Cloud and automation capabilities support coordinated campaign work alongside sales records.
Service operations: Multichannel support, intelligent agents, and self-service options address customer-service workflows, not just account management.
AI and analytics: Wukong AI, SmartAgent, and Smart BI extend the suite into assisted work and business reporting.
CRM capacity: The comparison includes unlimited lead, customer, and product management, plus custom product codes. Those allowances favor teams with broad or growing catalogs.
Integrations: ChatHub connects with more than 2,000 third-party apps, including Google Drive, Trello, and Zoom. Users can access and update Wukong customer data, sales opportunities, and support tickets inside ChatHub.
Governance: Integration Hub includes authentication, real-time monitoring, and end-to-end encryption. ChatHub also claims end-to-end encryption and GDPR and HIPAA compliance.

Pricing

Wukong uses a freemium model with a free plan and a 14-day trial. The Professional Customer Platform free plan costs 0.00 USD per user, billed monthly, and includes the 14-day free trial. It is the sensible starting point for evaluation, but the published plan information does not define a seat allowance.

The Professional Customer Platform plan with 5 seats costs 150.00 USD per month, billed monthly. The 10-seat version costs 280.00 USD per month, also billed monthly. These fixed tiers suit small teams that can match their headcount to five or ten seats; the 10-seat tier lowers the effective seat cost compared with the five-seat tier, while neither describes terms for teams outside those sizes.

Open Source Edition uses custom pricing and provides full source code for marketing, sales, service, and more. “Provide Full Source Code of Wukong” is also custom pricing, billed permanent, and includes full source code for marketing, sales, service, and more. Choose these routes when control and customization matter more than a hosted subscription; ask for pricing before budgeting.

Wukong offers both open-source downloads for customization and cloud access by subscription, giving technical teams and hosted-service buyers different deployment paths.

Platforms

Wukong supports API, self-hosted, web, and Windows deployments. The combination covers browser use, Windows environments, integrations, and organizations that want to operate the system on their own infrastructure.

Who it's for

Wukong is aimed at companies that need sales, service, marketing, and commerce capabilities in one suite, especially those with integration-heavy workflows or a preference for open-source control. Its unlimited lead, customer, and product management are useful for organizations with substantial records or catalogs. Smaller teams wanting only a simple CRM may find the wider platform unnecessary, while buyers requiring a fully costed source-code plan should confirm pricing before committing.

Pros and cons

Pros

Wide functional coverage: Sales, service, marketing, commerce, data, analytics, AI, and integration products can support a unified customer operation.
Flexible access model: A free plan, SaaS subscriptions, open-source downloads, and permanent full-source options cover different deployment preferences.
Strong integration scope: ChatHub's stated 2,000-plus connections and in-chat CRM updates can reduce switching between customer-work tools.
Generous CRM allowances: Unlimited lead, customer, and product management avoid growth ceilings in those areas.

Cons

Source-code pricing requires a quote: Open Source Edition and permanent full-source access have no published price, complicating comparisons.
Seat tiers are narrow: The clearly priced paid options cover five or ten seats, so other team sizes may need a custom arrangement.
Broad scope adds choice: Organizations seeking a focused CRM may not need the full collection of clouds and companion products.

Alternatives

For a wider platform with Android, iOS, Linux, self-hosted, web, Windows, and API support, consider Odoo CRM. Its One App Free plan costs 0.00 USD per user with unlimited users, while Standard costs 24.90 USD per month.

Frappe CRM offers open-source coverage across Android, iOS, self-hosted, web, and API, with Sites from 5.00 USD per month and Servers from 20.00 USD per month.

YetiForce is an open-source option with a Small plan at 80.00 EUR per month for 19 users, 4 GB database, 10 GB application storage, and 20 GB files.

Verdict

Choose Wukong CRM if you need a multi-cloud CRM covering sales, service, marketing, and commerce, and value the choice between self-hosted open source and subscription access. Its integration reach, CRM allowances, and service capabilities make it a strong platform candidate for growing, integration-heavy organizations. Look elsewhere if your priority is a narrowly scoped CRM or a fully transparent price for open-source and full-source-code editions.
