The lowest announced X300 FE price is ₹69,500 above the M17e’s 4GB launch price, but this is not a like-for-like storage comparison: the vivo starts at 256GB and the Samsung configurations cited here have 128GB. Choose the vivo X300 FE for compactness and higher-end hardware

• Its 6.31-inch AMOLED display is smaller and substantially higher-resolution on paper than the M17e’s 6.7-inch-class LCD.
• Its processor is in a higher stated tier, and its camera setup adds an OIS-equipped telephoto camera and an ultrawide camera. The 50 MP autofocus selfie camera also has a higher listed resolution.
• The 6,500 mAh typical battery has a higher stated capacity than the Samsung’s 6,000 mAh, and vivo documents faster wired charging plus wireless charging in its announcement. These specifications do not establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use.
• Consider it if those hardware differences justify the much higher purchase price for your needs.

Choose the Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G to spend less and keep practical extras

• Its launch prices are far lower, and its larger display may suit people who prefer more screen area.
• It supports microSD cards up to 2 TB through a hybrid slot, which can be useful for an existing card library. The same slot means microSD use shares space with a SIM.
• A 3.5 mm stereo jack supports wired headphones without relying on an adapter or wireless connection.
• Samsung’s published promise is six OS upgrades and six years of security updates. That differs from vivo’s five OS upgrades and seven years of security updates; which matters more depends on whether you prioritize OS-version upgrades or the stated security-update duration.

What the published figures do not prove

Specifications indicate the X300 FE has more elaborate camera hardware, a higher-resolution display and a higher-tier stated processor. They do not, by themselves, establish real-world speed, photo quality, battery runtime or which screen looks better to you.
