OPPO has confirmed that the Find X10 Series will debut globally on October 21, 2026, in Mallorca, Spain. The October 13 date that circulates for ColorOS 17’s global unveiling comes from technology reporting, not from an OPPO announcement we could verify as of October 8, 2026. The two dates describe different events, and they should not be read as one launch.
Two dates, two different announcements
The confusion comes from pairing two separate events. The October 21 date is OPPO’s own. In its October 8, 2026 press release, the company says the Find X10 Series will launch globally that day in Mallorca and that full specifications, pricing, and availability will be revealed at the event (OPPO Global press release, October 8, 2026).

The October 13 date is different. Smartprix and Gizmochina both reported on October 8, 2026 that ColorOS 17 would be unveiled globally that day, with Find X10 Series users expected to get the software first (Smartprix; Gizmochina). Both outlets agree, but neither date appears in OPPO’s press release. Treat October 13 as a reported date until OPPO or ColorOS confirms it directly.
What OPPO has confirmed about the Find X10 Series
OPPO names two models for the global launch: the Find X10 and the Find X10 Pro Max. The main difference the company states is the rear camera layout. The table below lists only what OPPO has published so far.

OPPO also names LUMO True Image Engine as its computational photography system. Pete Lau, SVP and Chief Product Officer at OPPO, framed the series this way in the press release:

What is confirmed about ColorOS 17
OPPO says both Find X10 Series models ship with ColorOS 17. The announcement highlights two features: Living Flow Design and AI Mind Pilot with Agent Mode. Beyond that, the press release does not list which existing OPPO phones will receive ColorOS 17, which regions will get it first, or when. Those questions remain open until OPPO publishes a rollout schedule.

Reading the battery and camera claims
OPPO states an 8,000mAh silicon-carbon battery for the series, with a footnote saying the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max have a 7,150mAh battery in selected markets. The announcement excerpt does not list which markets use which capacity, so the 8,000mAh figure should not be assumed for every buyer.
OPPO also cites OPPO Lab for a battery-health claim: more than 80% capacity after five years of typical use. OPPO notes that real battery health depends on settings, usage, and environment. Treat the figure as a laboratory-style projection from the manufacturer, not a guarantee.
