Colorlib’s September 2026 roundup describes Wizard 6 as mobile-friendly and says it includes an option for a user to select an avatar picture from their computer. The roundup lists the download as 173 KB, down from 2.2 MB; these are publisher-reported figures, not an independent measurement. The roundup’s Wizard 6 entry provides those details.

The same collection article says the 30 existing wizards were rebuilt in September 2026 as dependency-free HTML, CSS, and a few lines of vanilla JavaScript, and that the collection can be used on its own or in Bootstrap 4, 5, or 6 projects. Those are collection-wide statements; they should not be taken as a separate inspection of Wizard 6’s individual files.

What you need to make registration work
The download supplies a front-end form, but Colorlib says submissions are not transmitted anywhere until the site owner connects a backend or form service. Before publishing it as a sign-up flow, decide where account data will go and implement the registration process there.
- Connect a destination. Send submissions to your application backend or a form service configured for your use case.
- Validate on the server. Browser-side checks can improve usability, but they can be bypassed. Recheck inputs on the server before storing or acting on them.
- Handle the account lifecycle separately. The snippet alone does not establish a database, authentication, or other account-management functions; those belong to the system you connect it to.
Colorlib’s collection FAQ describes the templates as front-end only and calls for server-side validation as well as a connected backend or form service.
Commercial use and attribution
The Wizard 6 listing displays a CC BY 3.0 license. Colorlib’s roundup says commercial use is permitted if the credit link is retained. In practice, do not remove the required attribution link when using the snippet commercially; consult the license and the linked product page for the applicable terms. The product page displays a post date of March 15, 2021 and a release year of 2025. Colorlib’s separate roundup was updated in September 2026. The pages do not explain the difference between the listed post date and release year, so treat them as distinct labels rather than evidence of a single launch date.
