The CMF Phone 2 Pro is the stronger paper choice if you want a dedicated 2x optical telephoto camera and longer officially stated software support. The Moto G86 Power is more compelling if you prioritize its larger 6,720mAh battery variant, higher-resolution display and stronger stated water-and-dust protection. Neither is a universal winner, and listed prices vary by market, stock and configuration.

How much do the phones cost?
There is no clean, like-for-like price difference across these listings because they cover different markets and availability. Nothing Europe listed the CMF Phone 2 Pro at €249 starting price for the 8GB+128GB configuration when accessed in 2026. In India, 91mobiles showed the CMF Phone 2 Pro at ₹18,999 but marked it out of stock, while its Moto G86 Power listing showed ₹17,835 via Amazon. Those India listings are a dated snapshot, not guaranteed current checkout prices or a matched configuration comparison.
Check your country’s retailer listing for the exact storage and battery variant, current stock and any offers before comparing totals. Nothing’s European price should not be treated as an India price.

Which phone has the better display?
Both comparisons list 120Hz refresh rates. The CMF has a slightly larger 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED panel, while the Moto’s 6.7-inch P-OLED has the higher listed resolution: 1220 × 2712 against 1080 × 2392. The Moto therefore has more pixels on paper; whether you prefer one panel’s appearance is subjective, and these specifications alone do not establish overall display quality.
Which has better cameras?
The CMF Phone 2 Pro has the more versatile listed rear-camera setup: in addition to its main and ultrawide cameras, it includes a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The 91mobiles comparison lists a main and ultrawide camera for the Moto G86 Power, with no telephoto camera. That gives the CMF a dedicated lens for framing more distant subjects without relying solely on digital zoom.
The Moto’s listed 32MP front-camera resolution is higher than the CMF’s 16MP. Megapixel counts do not, by themselves, determine selfie detail or image quality; no controlled camera comparison is established here.

Does the Moto’s larger battery mean longer battery life?
The 6,720mAh Moto G86 Power variant has 1,720mAh more nominal capacity than the CMF’s 5,000mAh battery. That makes the Moto the capacity-first choice, but capacity is not the same as measured runtime. The 91mobiles comparison’s battery-test summary reports longer runtime for the CMF, yet the available summary does not detail the test conditions. Treat that result as a secondary-source test figure, not a guarantee for your use.
Both phones are listed with 33W charging, as 33W fast charging for the CMF and 33W TurboPower for the Moto. Matching wattage labels do not establish matching charging times; a controlled time comparison is not available here.
