If a Clash Royale emote seems to be missing, first open Collection → Emote Deck. The default deck shows up to eight emotes, but your other owned emotes are available from the white arrow on the Emote button during a battle. If the emote came from a season track, check Pass Royale for an unclaimed previous-season reward. If it came from Supercell ID Rewards, check the in-game Supercell ID → Rewards area and the browser site id.supercell.com while signed in to the same Supercell ID linked to your game. When those checks fail, submit the official Clash Royale Contact Form while logged in and include proof of the claim.
Start with the fastest check: open the complete emote collection
Many “missing” emotes are owned but not placed in the eight-slot deck. Clash Royale separates the emotes in your active Emote Deck from the rest of the collection. A deck omission can therefore look exactly like a failed reward.

- Open Collection from the main game screen.
- Enter Emote Deck.
- Review the emotes shown there and look for the claimed item.
- Start or enter a battle and tap the Emote button.
- Tap the white arrow to open emotes outside the default deck.
Supercell’s Emotes guidance says the Collection area contains the Emote Deck and Tower Skins tab, while the in-battle white arrow exposes the remaining owned emotes. Do not conclude that an emote is absent until you have checked both places.

The correct recovery screen depends on the original reward route. Before changing settings or reinstalling the game, identify whether the item came from a shop offer, Trophy Road, a special event or challenge, Pass Royale, or Supercell ID Rewards.

This source-first approach prevents checking the wrong menu. A Pass Royale reward will not be recovered from the Supercell ID Rewards page, and an ID Rewards item will not appear merely because you opened the season track.
Recover an unclaimed Pass Royale emote
Supercell states that unclaimed rewards from the previous season remain available after a new season begins. When such rewards are waiting, a Claim button appears at the bottom of the Pass Royale view.
- Open Pass Royale.
- Scroll through the season track to the bottom of the view.
- Look for the Claim button associated with unclaimed previous-season rewards.
- Claim the reward, then return to Collection → Emote Deck.
- Use the white arrow during a battle if the emote is not in the eight-slot deck.
If there is no Claim button, the item may have come from a different source, may already have been claimed, or may belong to another account. The published Pass Royale guidance does not promise a universal delivery time for every reward, so avoid treating a delay as proof of a particular bug.

Check Supercell ID Rewards in the right place
Supercell ID Rewards is a cross-game rewards program, and Clash Royale is one of the supported games. The activation step is performed in a browser rather than inside the game app.
Use the browser site
- Open
id.supercell.comin a browser. - Sign in with the same Supercell ID connected to the Clash Royale account that earned the reward.
- Review the available rewards and activity shown for that account.
- Claim any pending item.
- Reopen Clash Royale and inspect the complete Emote Deck, including the white-arrow list in battle.
Use the in-game Rewards route
- Open the in-game Supercell ID menu.
- Select Rewards.
- Open the area labeled Earn points for exclusive rewards.
- Check whether the emote is pending or has already been claimed.
The in-game menu lets you reach the Rewards area, but Supercell says activation itself is not available inside the app and must be completed in a browser. If the browser shows no reward, verify the signed-in account before assuming the entitlement failed.
Make sure the game is connected to the account that earned it
Using several devices or multiple Clash Royale accounts is a common reason for looking at the wrong collection. Supercell ID is designed to protect progress across devices and to switch among connected game accounts, so the account displayed in the game matters more than the device being used.

- Open the game’s Settings menu and identify the displayed Supercell ID.
- Compare that identity with the one used when the reward was earned or claimed.
- If you use more than one game account, switch only to the account that participated in the event, reached the Trophy Road milestone, bought the offer, or claimed the season reward.
- On
id.supercell.com, sign in with that same Supercell ID rather than an email associated with a different game account. - After switching accounts, search Collection again and inspect the in-battle white-arrow list.
Do not infer account identity from the device, Apple or Google profile, or a remembered email alone. The relevant identity is the Supercell ID linked to the Clash Royale progress that earned the item.

Shop purchase
Return to the Shop and confirm that the offer was completed on the account currently open. Then search the full collection rather than only the active deck. Keep any receipt, order record, or purchase confirmation; it can establish what was bought and approximately when.
Trophy Road milestone
Confirm that the account reached the milestone, then check Collection and the expanded in-battle emote list. If you have switched accounts since reaching the milestone, repeat the search after loading the account with the relevant Trophy Road progress.

Event or challenge reward
Check the event or challenge result screen for evidence that the final reward was claimed, not merely that participation or a lower milestone was completed. Record the event name, approximate date, and the account used. Then search the complete collection.
Supercell lists Shop offers, Trophy Road rewards, special events and challenges, Pass Royale, and Supercell ID linking as emote acquisition routes. Those routes do not share one universal recovery screen, which is why the original source should be recorded before contacting support.

- Record the source. Write down whether the reward was from Shop, Trophy Road, an event or challenge, Pass Royale, or Supercell ID Rewards.
- Search ownership. Open Collection → Emote Deck, then inspect the white-arrow list during a battle.
- Recover a season-track item. Open Pass Royale and look at the bottom for a previous-season Claim button.
- Recover an ID Rewards item. Check the in-game Supercell ID → Rewards route and then
id.supercell.comin a browser. - Verify account identity. Confirm that the game and browser use the Supercell ID that earned the reward.
- Preserve evidence. Capture the relevant screen, claim status, receipt, or event result before changing accounts or reinstalling anything.
- Escalate. Submit the official Clash Royale Contact Form while logged in to Supercell ID whenever possible.
What to include when contacting Supercell
Supercell’s Clash Royale Contact Form asks players with Supercell ID to log in first. A precise report gives support enough context to distinguish a deck-visibility issue from an account-entitlement issue.
- Your Clash Royale player tag.
- The Supercell ID email or account identity linked to the game.
- The reward source: Shop, Trophy Road, event, challenge, Pass Royale, or Supercell ID Rewards.
- The emote name or a clear description of the reward.
- The approximate date and time you earned or claimed it.
- Screenshots showing the claim, reward screen, Pass Royale status, or missing collection item.
- Purchase or transaction details when the item came from a paid Shop offer.
- The device and account-switching circumstances if more than one account is used.
Use the support hub’s Bug Reports or Technical Assistance paths when they better match the problem. The official contact pages provide the route, but they do not publish a universal response-time promise.
Actions that are not guaranteed fixes
Supercell’s cited support material does not establish a universal delivery-time guarantee for emotes, identify one confirmed bug affecting every missing reward, or promise that reinstalling, clearing a cache, or simply waiting will restore an entitlement. Treat those actions as conditional troubleshooting, not as reliable recovery methods.

Before reinstalling
- Confirm that the game is linked to the correct Supercell ID.
- Save the player tag and reward evidence.
- Check the complete collection and the source-specific claim screen.
Reinstalling without account verification can make it harder to tell whether you opened the wrong account after setup. It also does not replace the need to report a missing entitlement through the official form.
How to tell a visibility problem from an entitlement problem
Likely visibility problem
- The emote is not in the eight active slots but appears after tapping the white arrow in battle.
- You searched only the deck and did not inspect the full collection.
- You are viewing a different account from the one that earned the reward.
Likely claim or entitlement problem
- Pass Royale still shows a previous-season Claim button, but the item is not available after claiming.
- The Supercell ID Rewards account shows a pending item, but the linked Clash Royale account does not receive it.
- A shop receipt, event result, or milestone record confirms the reward and the full collection remains empty on the correct account.
This distinction matters in your support report: describe where you looked, which account was active, and whether the source-specific screen showed a pending or completed claim.
Prevent future missing-reward confusion
- Keep Clash Royale connected to a Supercell ID so progress can be identified across devices.
- After earning an emote, open Collection and confirm whether it is in the active deck or only in the expanded list.
- For season rewards, check the Pass Royale track before assuming a tier was collected.
- For ID Rewards, complete the browser activation and verify the signed-in account.
- Save screenshots or transaction records for paid offers and unusual event rewards.
- When using multiple accounts, note which Supercell ID was active before claiming.
Bottom line
Most missing-emote reports are resolved by checking the full collection rather than only the eight-slot Emote Deck, then following the reward’s original source. Use Pass Royale’s bottom-of-page Claim button for unclaimed previous-season rewards, use the Supercell ID Rewards menu and id.supercell.com for ID Rewards, and verify the exact Supercell ID linked to the game. If the item is still absent on the correct account, contact Supercell with your player tag, account identity, claim details, and screenshots.
