You sell hosting under your own brand, and ChemiCloud runs the servers. It suits agencies and freelancers with a client portfolio that fits the plan limits. Everything below about plans and features is what ChemiCloud itself publishes. We found no independent uptime or speed testing and no representative survey of reseller customers, so this article does not claim any.
The four plans and their published limits
ChemiCloud’s reseller page lists four plans: Kickstart, Grow, Expand and Established. The figures below are the provider’s own and come from one rendering of the page. They are plan specifications, not measurements.

| Plan | cPanel accounts | NVMe storage | Bandwidth | Monthly price shown in one page rendering |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kickstart | 40 | 60 GB | 3 TB | $17.95 |
| Grow | 60 | 120 GB | 6 TB | $19.95 |
| Expand | 90 | 160 GB | 9 TB | $34.95 |
| Established | 140 | 90 GB | 9 TB | $49.95 |
Two things in this table need care. First, Established has the most accounts but less storage than Grow or Expand. This matches ChemiCloud’s guide, which separates storage-optimized configurations from account-optimized ones. Read the live plan selector to see which variant you are buying. Second, the price column is unreliable as a fixed list. The page showed different promotional and term-based prices in different renderings, and ChemiCloud says the renewal rate appears at checkout and in the client area. Treat the prices as a snapshot and confirm them in the live checkout.
What every plan includes, according to ChemiCloud
- WHM access and an unbranded control panel for white-label use
- Free SSL certificates
- 3 GB of memory per cPanel user, with scalable CPU and memory
- Free WHMCS or Blesta for billing and client management
- 30 daily backups
- Free migrations
- Private nameservers and white-label branding
- LiteSpeed servers with NVMe storage
- WordPress Toolkit
- MailChannels email relay
- 24/7 technical assistance and a choice of global datacenters
- A 45-day money-back guarantee
These are vendor-stated inclusions. Check eligibility and terms at checkout, especially the license limits and branding scope of the bundled WHMCS or Blesta, and the conditions on the refund window.

How to choose a tier
Headline price is the weakest basis for choosing. Match the plan to the portfolio you actually host:
- Count clients and expected growth. Account limits (40 to 140) are hard ceilings on how many cPanel accounts you can create.
- Estimate real disk use. A few media-heavy sites can exhaust 60 GB before you reach the account limit. A hundred small brochure sites may not.
- Check bandwidth against traffic. The 3 to 9 TB allowances are pooled across all accounts.
- Decide on billing software. Choose WHMCS or Blesta based on your workflow, and confirm the license terms for your plan.
- Look at backup retention. Thirty daily backups helps with recovery, but test a restore early. The vendor’s claims do not validate the outcome.
- Pick the datacenter near your clients. Location affects latency and sometimes data-residency expectations.
- Price the full term. Compare the renewal rate, not the introductory one, before committing to resale margins.
What is known about real-world performance
ChemiCloud’s claims about speed, reliability, uptime and email delivery come from its own marketing. We found no independent benchmark of the reseller platform. User evidence is limited to scattered Reddit posts. One alleges performance problems and another describes traffic spikes. These are individual, self-selected accounts. They do not show average uptime, speed or support quality, or how the platform behaves today, so they should not be read as a verdict in either direction.
Because the evidence is thin, use the 45-day guarantee as your test window. Migrate a few real client sites, monitor uptime and response times, open a support ticket, and restore from a backup before moving the whole portfolio.

Is it worth it?
On paper, the package is competitive for small agencies. It includes an unbranded panel, billing software, free migrations and daily backups, and these are the items resellers usually pay extra for. It is a poor fit if you need guaranteed resources for a few heavy applications, which is the case for dedicated or VPS hosting. It also fits badly if you cannot tolerate uncertainty about performance that only your own trial can resolve. The deciding factors are your account count against storage, the true renewal cost, and how the platform performs on your clients’ sites during the trial.
