In the U.S., sign in to Afterpay through its app or website and open My Afterpay to see your Available to Spend estimate. To check what you still owe, look at your active orders in the app. These are different amounts: Available to Spend is not a bill or a guarantee that a future purchase will be approved.
First, choose which balance you mean
- What you owe: Check active orders for purchases that still have a balance to pay.
- What you may be able to spend: Check Available to Spend under My Afterpay. Afterpay describes this as an estimate for Pay in 4, not a guaranteed spending limit. Each order is assessed individually, and a retailer may apply its own limit. Afterpay’s Available to Spend guidance explains the estimate.
Check Available to Spend
- Sign in to your Afterpay account in the app or online.
- Open My Afterpay.
- Look for Available to Spend. Treat the amount as an estimate; it does not confirm that a particular order will be approved. Afterpay: Available to Spend
See what you still owe on purchases
- Open the Afterpay app and sign in.
- Go to your active orders to see purchases with a balance still to be paid. Afterpay’s active-orders instructions
If you used Cash App or need account activity
If you made the purchase through a Cash App account, check it in Cash App. Those purchases do not appear in the Afterpay app’s active-orders view, according to Afterpay’s active-orders guidance.

For account activity or monthly statements, use the Afterpay app or website. Afterpay’s U.S. billing statements FAQ says monthly statements are available in the app. If you cannot access the app, it says to contact Afterpay to request a statement by email.

If a balance is missing or unclear
Use Help in the official Afterpay app or visit the U.S. Help Center. The Help Center lists in-app chat as available 24/7 and phone support at (833) 844-8095 daily from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time. These support details are U.S.-specific and may change.
