The watches combine raised Eastern Arabic numerals with patterned arabesque dials in a compact 37.5 mm case.
What Casio released
The MTP-E735AR is an analog quartz collection introduced in late September 2026 for Middle East and African markets. Casio Middle East & Africa’s new-releases catalog lists five references. The collection is designed around an arabesque dial texture and raised Eastern Arabic numerals, giving otherwise conventional day-date watches a distinctly regional appearance.

Casio MEA also displays regional suffixes ending in “DF,” such as MTP-E735AR-2A2VDF and MTP-E735AR-7AVDF. Check the complete reference printed by a seller before paying, because the suffix can identify a regional distribution version.

“Up to three years” is a stated maximum rather than a guarantee for every battery or usage pattern. The 50 m rating is also a water-resistance classification, not a recommendation for every kind of swimming or diving; follow Casio’s operating guidance for the specific watch.

Why buying one is difficult
Casio’s own catalog shows no stock
As of October 16, 2026, Casio Middle East & Africa lists each MTP-E735AR reference at AED 383.25, with AED 365.00 shown as the discounted catalog price, but each listing is marked “Out of stock.” Those are regional catalog prices; taxes, delivery and seller markups can change the amount paid elsewhere.
UAE retailers were also sold out
Notebookcheck reported that major UAE retailers checked for the launch were sold out as well. Some retailers had advertised worldwide shipping, yet no current inventory was confirmed in the material available for this release. A shipping badge or an old product page therefore does not prove that a watch can be dispatched now.

No confirmed global distribution
The collection has been described as exclusive to Middle East and African markets rather than as a confirmed global model. Buyers in Europe, North America or other regions may need an importer or a regional seller, and should treat any “international” listing as an individual seller’s offer—not evidence of a worldwide Casio launch.
How to shop without ordering the wrong watch
- Start with the exact reference. Decide whether you want the black 1AV, ice-blue 2A1V, deep-blue 2A2V, turquoise 2A3V or silver-and-blue 7AV version. Confirm whether the listing includes a regional “DF” suffix.
- Verify live inventory. Ask the seller to confirm that the watch is physically available, not merely catalogued or available for back-order.
- Check the delivered total. Compare the seller’s price with Casio MEA’s AED 365.00 discounted catalog figure and account for shipping, import charges and taxes in your country.
- Confirm authenticity and warranty. Request clear photos of the dial, case back, packaging and reference code, and establish whether warranty service applies in your region.
- Read return and shipping terms. Make sure the seller ships to your address, states a realistic dispatch time and accepts returns if the wrong color or regional reference arrives.
Which color should you choose?
Because dimensions, movement and functions are shared, the meaningful choice is visual. Black is the most restrained option; ice blue and deep blue provide cooler, more traditional colorways; turquoise is the boldest; and the silver model uses blue accents for a dressier contrast. If two references are available at different prices, compare seller reliability and return protection before paying extra for color.

What the launch means for availability
The watches are real released products, not concept models, and Casio has published all five references. The immediate constraint is distribution: every official MEA listing was out of stock at the latest check, while regional retailers reported the same shortage. Availability can change without a new model announcement, so a buyer should recheck the official catalog and an authorized regional seller immediately before ordering.
