Download the Canon PIXMA TS3322 driver from Canon’s official PIXMA TS3322 support page. Select the computer’s operating-system family and exact version, then download the driver, setup package or utility Canon lists for that system. Canon states that “Software & drivers are specific to your operating system,” so a package for a different Windows release or for macOS can fail even when the printer model is correct.
Windows users can also start with Canon’s model-specific TS3322 setup portal. Do not select a nearby TS3300-series model just because its name looks similar. Model-specific setup files can contain different detection and device settings. If Canon’s selector offers several downloads, read each description: a full setup package is intended for a new installation, while a driver-only or utility package may suit a computer where the printer software is already present.
Download and install the driver on Windows
1. Confirm the Windows version
- Open Settings > System > About. Note the Windows edition and version shown under Windows specifications.
- Check whether the computer is 32-bit or 64-bit in System type. Most current Windows 11 and Windows 10 computers are 64-bit, but use the value shown on your machine.
- If the printer was previously installed, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners and note the existing TS3322 entry. Keeping that information helps you choose whether to repair the installation or start clean.
2. Use Canon’s official TS3322 page
- Open Canon’s PIXMA TS3322 support page, then locate Software & Drivers.
- Set the operating-system family and exact version. Canon’s page warns that software and drivers are specific to the operating system; do not rely on a file found through a generic driver-download site.
- Download the listed setup package, driver or utility. Save it where you can find it, such as Downloads, and wait for the download to finish before opening it.
Canon also provides a TS3322 setup portal for Windows. It is a useful starting point when you are installing the printer for the first time because it presents the model-specific connection workflow rather than a generic printer wizard.
3. Run the installer
- Double-click the downloaded installer. If Windows asks for administrator approval, confirm only after checking that the file came from Canon’s support page.
- Accept the on-screen license terms and select the connection method requested by the setup program.
- For USB, connect the TS3322 to the computer when the installer prompts you. A cable connected too early can cause Windows to create a partial generic-printer entry; if detection fails, disconnect it, restart setup and reconnect at the prompt.
- For Wi-Fi, follow the wireless instructions shown for your platform. Choose the same network used by the computer. A guest network, a different router band or client isolation can prevent discovery even when both devices show a Wi-Fi connection.
- Allow the installer to complete every selected component. Closing it after the basic printer appears can leave scanning or wireless utilities uninstalled.
4. Verify the installation
- Return to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select Canon TS3322 and confirm that it is not marked offline. Set it as the default printer if you want Windows applications to use it automatically.
- Open the printer’s management page and print a Windows test page. Then test from the application you normally use, because an application can retain an old printer queue even after the driver is installed.
- If you installed scanning support, open the Canon scanning utility or Windows Scan and confirm that the TS3322 is available as a scanner.
Install or update TS3322 support on Mac
Check whether macOS already supplies support
Canon’s Mac guidance lists the TS3322 among models for which Apple-supplied printer and scanner support may make a separate Canon driver unnecessary in supported macOS workflows. This is why a Mac can often print after the printer is added in system settings even though no Canon installer was run. AirPrint can also print photos, emails, web pages and other documents without installing device drivers.

Add the printer using built-in support
- Open Apple menu > System Settings > Printers & Scanners. On older macOS versions, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax. Wait for the TS3322 to appear, or choose it from the available device list.
- When macOS offers a Use or Driver menu, choose the detected AirPrint or Canon option rather than an unrelated model.
- Print a test document. For scanning, open the printer in the same settings pane and choose Open Scanner, or use a scanning application that supports the device.
Download a Canon Mac package when needed
If printing or scanning does not work with Apple’s support, return to Canon’s TS3322 support page and choose the macOS version installed on the Mac. Download the package Canon lists for that version, run it, and then add the printer again in Printers & Scanners. A package intended for an earlier macOS release may install but fail to expose all functions, so verify the version selector before every download.
Update an existing TS3322 driver
There is no universal update schedule or permanent driver version number for this model. Canon’s download list can change as operating systems are updated, so check the live TS3322 selector when you are troubleshooting a new Windows or macOS release, after a major system upgrade or when printing or scanning stops working.
- Record the operating-system version and whether the printer is connected by USB or Wi-Fi.
- Open Canon’s TS3322 support page and select that exact operating system.
- Compare the currently installed package with the files Canon lists. Windows may show an installed Canon package under Settings > Apps > Installed apps; macOS generally manages the selected printer support through the printer entry and installed system components.
- Download the newer applicable package, close applications that are printing or scanning, and run the installer.
- Restart the computer if the installer requests it. Reopen Printers & Scanners, select the TS3322 and print a test page.
If an update repeatedly fails, remove the old printer entry before reinstalling. In Windows, remove it from Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, restart, and then run Canon’s setup again. On Mac, select the TS3322 in Printers & Scanners, remove it, restart the Mac, and add it again after installing the applicable support.

Wireless setup and network checks
Wireless operation requires the TS3322 and the computer or mobile device to be connected to the same wireless network. A printer connected to a phone’s hotspot, a computer on a guest SSID and a printer on the main SSID are different networks even if they use the same internet connection.

- Place the printer within reliable range of the router and turn it on.
- Use Canon’s platform-specific wireless setup instructions from the TS3322 support workflow.
- Select the household or office network’s 2.4 GHz connection when the setup asks for a network. The TS3322’s published connectivity specification is 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Enter the wireless password exactly, paying attention to capitalization.
- After setup, confirm that the computer is on the same SSID, then add or rediscover the printer in Windows or macOS.
If the printer is visible but jobs remain queued, restart the printer and router, remove duplicate TS3322 entries, and add the device again. If the setup cannot find the printer, temporarily move it closer to the router and check that the computer has not switched to a guest network. A USB installation can confirm that the printer itself works, but it does not repair a wireless-network configuration.

The download page shows no file for your system
Canon’s operating-system selector is dynamic. A package can disappear when a release is no longer supported or when Canon changes the installation method. Recheck the exact edition and version, including Windows Server versus consumer Windows. For Mac, check the built-in Apple-support route before assuming a separate download is required.

Windows says the driver is unavailable
Remove stale TS3322 printer entries, restart Windows and run the model-specific Canon setup again. Do not substitute a package for another model. If Windows created a generic entry during an earlier USB attempt, remove that entry before reconnecting the printer at the installer’s prompt.
macOS prints but cannot scan
Confirm that the TS3322 appears under Printers & Scanners with the expected scanner controls. If they are absent, select the installed macOS version on Canon’s support page and install the listed package, then remove and re-add the printer. Some macOS workflows provide printing support without exposing every scanner function.
The printer is offline after an update
Check whether the printer’s network changed, whether the computer joined a different SSID and whether duplicate queues exist. Delete duplicates, restart both devices and add the TS3322 again. For USB, try another USB port and reconnect only after setup requests the cable.
Installation is blocked or stops midway
Close print applications, ensure you have administrator access, and restart before trying again. Download a fresh copy from Canon’s official page rather than reusing a partial file. Keep the installer open until it reports completion; interrupting setup can leave the printer visible but without the scanner or wireless components.
How to keep the installation safe
- Use Canon’s PIXMA TS3322 support page or its TS3322 Windows setup portal, not a third-party driver mirror.
- Match the operating-system family and exact version before downloading.
- Check the printer model shown by the installer before approving changes.
- Keep the original downloaded installer until the test page and, if needed, a scan both work.
