A login connection problem can temporarily hide it
King’s moderator also identifies a momentary signal loss or another connection problem during login as a possible cause. The game may load the map but fail to retrieve the event information, making the Events area look incomplete until the connection is restored and the game checks again.
This is most plausible when the event was visible earlier, the game opened while Wi-Fi or mobile data was unstable, or other online information also took longer than usual to load. It is only a possibility, not a diagnosis. A strong connection cannot make an expired promotion active.
The documented Jellynauts promotion was in 2025
King’s published Halloween announcement was dated October 7, 2025. It described events scheduled from October 13 through November 2, 2025. Those dates are historical; they should not be treated as a current timetable. No cited King Community post confirms a 2026 Jellynauts schedule.

What the 2025 Jellynauts events included

Try these steps in order
Use the following sequence when the event should be available to you but does not appear. These are troubleshooting actions suggested in King Community discussions, not guaranteed fixes. Run through them once carefully so that you can tell support exactly what happened.
1. Confirm a stable connection
- Move to a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection.
- Wait for the connection to stabilize rather than repeatedly opening and closing the game while the signal is dropping.
- Launch Candy Crush and allow it to complete its login or loading process.
A short interruption at sign-in can prevent event information from being delivered. If the event is still missing after a clean launch, continue to the next step.
Do not treat a successful launch as proof that all online data arrived. The map can appear while a special-event panel fails to populate. Rechecking after the connection is stable gives the game a chance to request the event information again.
2. Play one regular level
- From the map, open a normal level that is available to you.
- Complete the level, or replay an older level if that is what your map permits.
- Return to the map after the level results finish loading.
King Community replies have suggested playing a level and then revisiting the map as a way to prompt the game to refresh its event information. This does not change your eligibility; it simply gives the game another opportunity to update the map and event listing.
Use a regular level rather than assuming that an event-specific challenge is required. The suggested workaround is meant to refresh the normal map flow, not to create a new event or alter tournament scoring.
3. Close the game and restart the device
- Exit Candy Crush completely instead of leaving it suspended in the background.
- Restart the phone, tablet, or other device on which you play.
- After the device has restarted, reconnect to a stable network and open the game again.
The moderator recommendation is to close the app and restart the device. A restart can clear a temporary session or login state, but it cannot make a time-limited event appear after its run has ended.
After reopening, wait for the map and any loading indicators to finish before deciding that the event is still absent. Then check the Events area rather than relying only on a banner that may not be displayed on the map.

4. Check the map’s Events area again
- Open the game map after the restart.
- Open the Events folder or Events area.
- Look for the Jellynauts-related event or any notice explaining that no event is currently available.
A community workaround specifically describes replaying an old level, returning to the map, and checking the Events folder. If the folder is still empty, do not assume that repeating the same steps indefinitely will restore access; move on to checking the game version and contacting support if appropriate.

5. Update Candy Crush
Install any update offered for your game through the store or platform where you obtained it, then reopen the game and check the Events area once more.
