“Jellynauts” is the name used for a limited-time Halloween Horde storyline in Candy Crush Saga, not a separate permanent game. The event lets eligible players follow a rescue route by playing ordinary Saga levels. A related Gold Heist tournament and the Spooky Scenes pin collection have separate entry requirements, schedules and reward systems.
The key gates are level 11 for the Halloween Horde, level 25 for Gold Heist and level 50 for Spooky Scenes. Those thresholds and the event dates apply to the 2026 Spooky Season promotion; your in-game event panel is the final authority if the promotion has ended or your account is in a different rollout.

What the Jellynaut event actually is
King’s Spooky Season material presents Jellynaut content as part of Candy Crush Saga. The Halloween Horde is a temporary adventure layered onto the normal level map. You do not install a second “Jellynauts” game or enter a permanent game mode. Instead, you play Saga levels while the event is active, move along the rescue storyline, free trapped friends and collect the rewards shown on the route.
Three activities are associated with the 2026 promotion:

They can appear as separate cards or panels in the game, so seeing one does not guarantee that the others are open on your account.

The Gold Heist schedule uses 09:00 Central European Time (CET) as the start and end time for each round. The published date range and level gates are promotional details for 2026, so check the live panel after the November 9 Halloween Horde closing date.
How to access the Halloween Horde
Confirm the level requirement
Reach level 11 or higher on the Saga map. King’s event announcement and the King Community notice both describe the Horde as available from level 11. A player below that level should not expect the event card to unlock early.

- Open Candy Crush Saga and go to the main map.
- Look for the Halloween Horde, Jellynaut or Spooky Season event card in the map or event area.
- Open the card and read its countdown, entry requirement and current rescue objective.
- Return to the map and play the levels identified by the event. The storyline advances as the game records qualifying level progress.
The Horde is not a separate set of permanently numbered “Jellynaut levels.” The levels you play remain regular Saga levels; the event adds a route, rescue targets and reward checkpoints around that play.
If the card is not visible
Being level 11 or above is necessary, but it is not a promise that every account receives the feature at the same moment. King says limited-time features can be shown to one player while unavailable to a friend because events are balanced and rolled out to as many players as possible in a manageable way.

Check that the app is current, reopen the map and event area, and inspect any countdown shown for the promotion. These checks can reveal an old client, a closed window or a feature that has not reached your account, but they are not a guaranteed unlock procedure. If there is no event card or timer after the promotion’s published start, the account may simply be outside the current rollout.
How Halloween Horde progression works
Once the Horde is available, progression follows a simple loop:

- Complete levels normally; the event tracks the qualifying progress in the background.
- Open the Horde panel to see which friend is trapped, which checkpoint is next and which reward is ready.
- Claim rewards when the panel presents them, then continue playing to reach the next rescue point.
The official description promises rewards along the rescue path, but it does not publish a universal, level-by-level list of booster quantities or item drops. The panel on your account is therefore the reliable record of the next reward. Two players can see different offers or progress displays without either account being defective.
Gold Heist: entry, rounds and Purple Candies
Who can enter
Gold Heist has a higher gate than the Horde: you need to be at level 25 or above. Its 2026 competition is divided into three stages, and advancement is required between stages.

Each round begins and ends at 09:00 CET. The event description advertises a chance at 250 Gold Bars as the grand prize; it does not promise that every participant receives that amount.

A practical way to play
- Enter the event panel before playing so you can confirm that the current level is being credited to Gold Heist.
- Play levels you can finish consistently, because Purple Candies are the documented scoring currency and missed or failed levels do not help your leaderboard position.
- Check the leaderboard and the round countdown rather than assuming that an early position will remain safe until the deadline.
- When a round closes, look for the advancement result before planning for the next stage. Qualification is a competition outcome, not an automatic entitlement.
The published information does not define a fixed number of Purple Candies per level, a universal tie-breaker or a guaranteed placement. Treat the leaderboard shown in your game as the authoritative result for your group.

Spooky Scenes and the Candy Pin collection
Spooky Scenes is a collection activity rather than a rescue route or leaderboard tournament. It opens at level 50 and contains 81 Candy Pins arranged in nine themed sets. The cited announcement identifies the sets as a 2026 King collection but does not provide a complete drop schedule for individual pins.
Open the Spooky Scenes panel to see which pins and sets your account still needs. A pin shown in the collection is not evidence that every player receives it at the same time; event visibility and account-specific offers can vary. The total of 81 pins describes the complete collection, not a promise that all 81 will be awarded from a single level or in one session.
What rewards should you expect?
Halloween Horde rewards
The Horde promises rewards at checkpoints along the rescue adventure. King does not publish a single level-by-level reward table covering every account. Booster counts, pin drops and other offers should therefore be treated as variable. Read the reward tile in the event panel before claiming it, especially if you are deciding when to use a limited-time item.
Gold Heist rewards
The headline Gold Heist reward is a chance to win 250 Gold Bars. “Chance” matters: the tournament uses qualifier, knockout and final leaderboards, so the grand prize is tied to competition results rather than guaranteed participation. The amount should be understood as the advertised grand prize for this promotion, not a recurring payout in every tournament.

Spooky Scenes rewards
Spooky Scenes’ documented objective is the 81-pin, nine-set collection. The announcement does not establish a universal booster quantity or a separate cash value for completing a set. Use the in-game collection screen for the reward attached to your current set or milestone.

King’s support guidance explains that limited-time features are tested and balanced so they remain manageable while being shown to as many players as possible. This means two accounts can have different event cards, start times or reward panels even when both meet the nominal level requirement.
Before assuming something is broken, check these conditions:
- Level: you are at least level 11 for Halloween Horde, 25 for Gold Heist or 50 for Spooky Scenes.
- Window: the event’s countdown has not expired and the published dates still apply.
- Client and map: the app is updated, the map has been reopened and the event area has been checked.
- Rollout: King has enabled the feature for your account or player group.
If the first three checks are satisfied and the card remains absent, the rollout explanation is more likely than a hidden level requirement. There is no documented setting that forces a limited-time event to appear.

The Season Pass is a separate limited-time digital feature, not an additional Jellynaut level set. Players can use a Free Pass or purchase a Gold Pass for a higher reward track. King states that buying the Gold Pass later can unlock rewards for pass levels already completed, while all pass rewards must be claimed before that limited-time path ends.

Some pass tokens can be exchanged through Bonus Deals for boosters, Unlimited Lives or consumables. Certain premium rewards are exclusive to Gold Pass holders. Those pass rules do not change the Halloween Horde’s level-11 entry gate, Gold Heist’s level-25 tournament gate or Spooky Scenes’ level-50 collection gate.
Dates, time zones and what happens after the promotion
The Halloween Horde is scheduled for October 12 through November 9, 2026. Gold Heist runs later, with qualifiers from October 26–29, knockouts from October 30–November 2 and the final from November 3–5; every round uses 09:00 CET boundaries. Because these are limited-time features, a missing card after its closing time is expected rather than proof of an account error.
After November 9, recheck the live in-game panel for any extension, replacement event or changed reward. The published schedule is the 2026 timetable and should not be treated as a permanent annual promise.

Reach level 11 to look for the Halloween Horde rescue route, level 25 to qualify for Gold Heist’s Purple Candy tournament, and level 50 to access the 81-pin Spooky Scenes collection. Play ordinary Saga levels to advance the Horde, use Purple Candies and leaderboard placement to progress through Gold Heist, and follow the collection panel for pins. Rewards and availability can differ by account, so the event card and its countdown are more reliable than a friend’s screen or an old promotion.
