Gamdom’s own guidance recommends turning off VPNs while using the platform, not using them to get around regional restrictions. Use Gamdom only where you are eligible and its current terms permit access. If a game or account feature is unavailable, check Gamdom’s current Terms of Service for your location and contact support rather than masking your location.
Does Gamdom recommend using a VPN to bypass geo-restrictions?
No. Gamdom Help Center’s Troubleshooting article, dated February 3, 2026, says VPN use can affect the platform experience and recommends disabling VPNs for best performance. It also includes disabling VPNs or proxies among troubleshooting steps. That guidance does not establish that a VPN will make Gamdom available in a restricted location.

Do not use a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location or evade a restriction. Check the current Terms of Service for your location before using the platform. Gamdom’s verification guidance points to those terms for its restricted-country list, but the current list was not verified here; do not rely on an old or third-party country list as authoritative.
What to do if Gamdom or a game will not load
- Turn off your VPN or proxy. Gamdom identifies these as possible causes of platform errors and recommends disabling them while troubleshooting.
- Check whether the issue is limited to one game provider. Gamdom says providers may restrict games in some regions. Try other games from the same provider to see whether the problem affects that provider’s titles.
- Contact Gamdom support if the problem continues. Explain which game or feature fails and what troubleshooting you tried. Do not try to change your apparent location to obtain access.
These steps come from Gamdom’s Troubleshooting guidance. A game being unavailable does not by itself establish why it is unavailable; provider-level regional limits are one possibility.

How verification and account reviews can affect access
Gamdom’s verification guidance, dated January 24, 2026, says some countries on the restricted-country list in its Terms of Service are unavailable for verification. It also says Gamdom may request KYC checks for regulatory or compliance reasons, and withdrawals may be temporarily disabled until verification checks are complete.
Separately, Gamdom’s Limits, Restrictions & Reviews article, dated January 22, 2026, says suspected breaches can lead to temporary restrictions during a review and, in serious cases, permanent account closure. This is a general account policy; the cited guidance does not establish VPN use alone as the cause of a particular restriction.

- Open Gamdom’s current Terms of Service and check the rules and restricted-country information that apply to your location.
- If the terms or your eligibility are unclear, ask Gamdom support before trying to access the platform.
- If you already have an account issue, follow the verification instructions or contact support. Do not use a VPN or proxy to work around regional eligibility or a verification check.
The help-center articles direct users to the Terms of Service, but the current restricted-country list was not verified in the cited material. Confirm it directly with Gamdom rather than inferring eligibility from a VPN’s server locations or from another website.
