No VPN is a suitable recommendation for accessing bet365. bet365 says it does not support VPN software, and its US terms identify suspected VPN use to disguise location as a possible reason for account action. A VPN does not establish that you are physically present where betting is permitted or make a wager lawful.
Why bet365 does not support VPN use
bet365’s account-access FAQ says: “bet365 does not support the use of VPN software, as we need to ensure you are not located in a country where gambling is prohibited.” The concern is location eligibility: the service needs to determine where a customer is physically located. Its US terms say suspected use or attempted use of a VPN to disguise location may result in account action. The terms cited here are US terms effective September 28, 2026; rules and consequences can differ by service and jurisdiction.

A VPN changes the network route or apparent IP address; it does not change your physical location, grant permission to bet, or replace bet365’s location checks. The official material does not establish whether a particular VPN provider will be detected or guarantee what action bet365 will take in an individual case.
Where US bet365 access is listed—and what that means
As of the cited US “Where can I play?” page, bet365 lists Arizona, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. This is a time-sensitive list for the US service, not a global availability list or a statement about every bet365 product. Check the current page and the rules for your actual location before trying to place a bet.

Being in a listed jurisdiction does not necessarily mean betting is available everywhere within it. bet365 warns that specific areas may not permit mobile sports wagering, and a bet may be blocked if the service cannot verify your location or wagering is not allowed there. The cited US terms make a specific rule for the New Jersey service: customers must be physically located in New Jersey, with location technologies used to verify and record device location. Do not assume that this New Jersey clause describes every state or country.
