Is Persona 4 Golden save transfer confirmed?
No. The official materials reviewed do not describe a save-import feature or a transfer procedure. That means there is currently no confirmed list of compatible source platforms, account requirements, transfer window, or steps to follow. It does not prove that a feature can never be added; it means SEGA and ATLUS have not documented one in those materials.

SEGA describes Revival as a remake of Golden, with enhanced graphics, UI, combat, and cutscenes. That establishes the games’ creative relationship, not whether their save files work together. SEGA’s announcement makes no save-compatibility promise.

No platform-specific import support has been confirmed in the official information reviewed. The materials do not say whether Revival will accept saves from any version of Golden, or whether platform generations or ecosystems matter. Do not assume that a cloud save, copied file, or platform account will make a Golden save usable in Revival.

Because no transfer method is documented, there is no reliable menu path, file location, or account setup to provide. Avoid moving, overwriting, or deleting your existing save in an attempt to prepare it.
What should you do before starting Revival?
- Keep your Persona 4 Golden save intact. Do not delete it or treat it as a transfer-ready file.
- Wait for explicit instructions. Check SEGA or ATLUS announcements and the official Persona 4 Revival website as release approaches.
- Do not buy accessories or software as a supposed workaround. No reviewed source establishes that generic file-transfer tools or cloud storage can bridge a Golden save into Revival.

SEGA’s product information also lists regional collector editions, including a Limited Box and an Izanagi figure edition. These are collector products, not save-transfer options. Buying any edition does not imply that an old Golden save will import. See SEGA’s official product information for details that may vary by region.
