You can see votes a hero received in an individual Deadlock match, but there is no verified live tracker for overall hero vote totals. The match-end count is local to that game; community polls and posts are unofficial snapshots, not a game-wide leaderboard.
What vote counts can you see in Deadlock?
Current reporting says the match-end screen shows how many votes each hero received in that match. That lets you see what happened among the players in one game, but it does not show which hero is leading across all players or matches. Destructoid reported this match-level display on October 2, 2026.

Is there a live tracker for overall hero votes?
No verified official aggregate tracker has been identified. The October 2, 2026 report says Deadlock does not provide a way to track individual heroes’ overall vote totals. The third-party Deadlock API documents match and hero analytics, but its checked documentation does not establish an endpoint for current vote totals. That is not the same as a direct Valve statement that no such tracker exists, so availability could change.
Can community polls show which hero is winning?
They can show what the poll’s participants chose, not the game-wide result. Reddit threads, Discord discussions and fan polls are self-selected, unofficial samples; a popular result in one community cannot establish the overall leader. Deadlock Observatory describes its poll as separate from in-game voting and identifies itself as a fan project unaffiliated with Valve.

Has Valve published vote totals before?
Yes. Valve’s February 12, 2026 update for the completed Old Gods, New Blood event reported 60,776,963 votes across the event. It also reported that exactly 600 voters backed only the eventual winner in every round, the largest winning margin was 11%, and Celeste had the top individual vote count at 813. These are retrospective statistics from that event, not current hero-by-hero standings. See the Deadlock update archive.

To see the result for a particular game, check the match-end screen and treat its hero counts as match-level results.

For broader claims, look for an official Valve update that explicitly publishes aggregate results. A community poll or social post is not a substitute.
