No—not now, according to a specialist review that reports Kickr Casino permanently closed on March 31, 2026. Historically, the sweepstakes-style casino offered eligible players a way to redeem promotional Bucks for cash or gift cards. That was not the same as placing ordinary cash wagers. The closure date and final redemption terms are secondary-source reports; Kickr’s official closure notice could not be independently confirmed.
What “real money” meant at Kickr Casino
The former Kickr Casino used two currencies, according to a specialist review: Bits for entertainment play and Bucks for prize eligibility. Bucks could reportedly be earned through promotions without a purchase. Bits could be purchased, but were described as entertainment-only currency. Eligible Bucks could reportedly be redeemed for prizes after a one-times playthrough requirement. These are historical descriptions, not currently available ways to earn or redeem prizes. That distinction matters: being able to redeem qualifying promotional currency for a cash prize does not mean the service accepted ordinary cash stakes in the same way as a conventional real-money casino or sportsbook. The Illinois Gaming Board described Kickr as offering slots, table games, and sports wagering with chances to win cash, gift cards, and other prizes, but its letter addressed the Board’s regulatory position in Illinois. Is Kickr still open, and can you cash out?
Clovr reports that Kickr Casino stopped accepting registrations and coin purchases on March 1, 2026, and permanently closed on March 31, 2026. It also reports that players had until March 31 to request eligible remaining redemptions. Because the operator’s closure notice and final rules were not independently available, treat those dates as reported by Clovr—not as confirmed directly by Kickr. Do not assume a new account, purchase, or redemption request is possible now. Clovr’s Kickr Casino review
#1 Best Overall
- Exciting and thrilling dice game (tactical game of chance) for the whole family
- Easy to learn, quick to play – ideal for any occasion
- Constant tension and surprising twists
- The revision of the classic in a handy format
- The "Biggys" and "Bandit" modules bring more variety to the game
The same review lists historical minimum redemptions of 50 Bucks for gift cards and 200 Bucks for cash, with cash paid by bank transfer. Those figures describe the former service’s reported rules; they do not guarantee that a balance remains payable or that late requests will be honored. Clovr’s Kickr Casino review
What the Illinois regulator said
In a February 4, 2026 cease-and-desist letter, the Illinois Gaming Board said it had observed Kickr offering Illinois users online slots, table games, and sports wagering with chances to win cash, gift cards, and other prizes. The Board said, “The IGB has neither licensed nor authorized Kickr to engage in online gambling activity.” It demanded that Kickr block Illinois residents or stop offering those prizes. This is the regulator’s stated position about Kickr’s activity in Illinois, not a court judgment and not a ruling on every jurisdiction. The historical availability of the service reportedly changed over time, so old state lists should not be treated as current legal or availability guidance. Clovr’s Kickr Casino review

Don’t confuse Kickr Casino with kickr.fun
The closed casino discussed here was associated with Kickr Games Pty Ltd and kickr.com. The service at kickr.fun is separate: its terms identify C3 Labs Ltd as the operator and describe football discovery and prediction-market interfaces, including connections to independent infrastructure. Those terms do not establish the former casino’s status, rules, or redemption options. kickr.fun terms
