Yes, but only through specific routes. Sam’s Club lets nonmembers shop online as guests, visit with a member who makes the purchase, and use an in-club pharmacy. Those options do not give a nonmember the right to shop the warehouse and buy general merchandise independently.
Ways to shop at Sam’s Club without a membership

Visiting with a member
A member may bring up to two guests. The member must accompany guests at all times, and Sam’s Club’s guest policy says, “ONLY a member may purchase items.” In practice, a nonmember can come along but should not expect to check out independently for general merchandise. Shopping online as a guest
Sam’s Club offers a Guest Membership for online shopping, but it is not a surcharge-free trial. The company states that guest orders incur a 10% surcharge per online order and do not receive member-only savings. A guest account is required at checkout, and some products, services, offers, and promotions are restricted to members. The Guest Membership help page also says guest shopping is not available in-club, for curbside pickup, or through Scan & Go.

Sam’s Club states, “A Sam’s Club membership is not required to use our in-club pharmacy.” This is a pharmacy-specific exception, not permission to shop and purchase other merchandise. The company distinguishes in-person pharmacy use from its Digital Pharmacy: managing prescriptions through Digital Pharmacy requires an active membership registered to the account. When the law requires access
Sam’s Club’s terms say consumers may shop without membership “where required by law,” but do not identify the jurisdictions or define which purchases that language covers. The terms also reserve the right to request a physical or digital membership card at entry. If you believe a local law applies, check current rules for your location and contact the specific club before making the trip. Read the Sam’s Club Terms and Conditions.

Pharmacy hours and other amenities can vary by club. Use the Sam’s Club club finder to check your location’s listed services and hours before traveling; do not assume a service available at one club is offered at every club. Policies can also change, so confirm the current rules with Sam’s Club if your plans depend on an exception.
