Yes. On both mobile and console, open Aniimo’s main phone or pause menu, go to Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, submit the code exactly as published, then open Mail to claim the reward. The same route is currently reported for iOS, Android, PlayStation 5 and Xbox, although touch and controller prompts can look different.
Which platforms support Aniimo code redemption?
Aniimo officially launched on Windows PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox on September 16, 2026. The iOS and Android versions followed on September 23, 2026, according to Aniimo’s launch notices. Code redemption is performed inside the game client rather than on a separate web page.

The mobile launch announcement says that “Mobile platforms feature full cross-progression with PC and Consoles.” In practice, that means a code redeemed on one supported platform can be useful on another when both sessions use the same Aniimo account and the same server. It does not mean that separate accounts automatically share rewards.

Official notices confirm platform support and cross-progression, but they do not publish a separate button-by-button manual for every device. Therefore, the menu names above are the reliable destination, while the exact button prompt may vary with the current client.

How to redeem an Aniimo code on a phone
- Install the current Aniimo client from the official iOS or Android store and launch it.
- Sign in to the account that owns the character receiving the reward. If you use multiple servers, select the correct server before entering the code.
- Open the main in-game menu. On a phone this is usually presented as the phone, pause, or menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Open Account.
- Select Gift Code Redemption.
- Type or paste the code exactly as published. Preserve uppercase and lowercase letters, and remove any spaces accidentally copied before or after the code.
- Submit the entry and wait for the client’s confirmation or error message.
- Leave Settings, open the in-game Mail feature, and claim the message containing the reward.
A successful submission does not necessarily place items directly in your inventory. Current redemption guides describe Mail as the delivery point, so check that screen before trying the code again.
How to redeem an Aniimo code on PS5 or Xbox
- Start Aniimo and load the profile and server where you want the reward.
- Press the controller command that opens the main pause or phone menu.
- Choose Settings, then Account.
- Highlight Gift Code Redemption and open it.
- Enter the code with the console’s text keyboard. Check every character, including capitalization, before confirming.
- After the client accepts the code, return to the game’s main interface and open Mail.
- Select the reward message and use the claim command shown on screen.
The sequence is the same on PlayStation 5 and Xbox; only the controller labels and text-entry interface differ. If a menu item appears in a slightly different position, use the Account section inside Settings rather than searching for a browser-based redemption page.

Where the reward goes after redemption
Aniimo’s official launch announcement states that all in-game rewards are issued through official events and in-game mail. The current code guides likewise direct players to Mail after submitting a code. This explains the common situation in which a code appears to work but the inventory total does not change immediately: the reward is waiting in a message.

If you have several characters or servers, verify that you are viewing Mail on the same account and server used during redemption. Switching profiles can make a delivered reward appear to be missing even when the original claim succeeded.

What to do when an Aniimo code fails
“Invalid code” or no confirmation
- Compare the entry with the published code one character at a time. Current guides identify Aniimo codes as case-sensitive.
- Delete leading and trailing spaces. Line breaks copied from a social post can also invalidate an otherwise correct string.
- Check whether the code has expired or was already redeemed on that account. Code availability and expiry dates can change quickly, so confirm the status in the current official announcement or the live client.
- Make sure the client is online and fully updated before trying again.
The code worked but no reward is visible
- Open in-game Mail rather than the inventory first.
- Confirm that you are signed into the intended account and server.
- Close and relaunch the client if the Mail list has not refreshed, then check again.
- If Mail is not available at all, continue the early story until the feature unlocks.
Mail is missing from the interface
PC Gamer’s current guide identifies the Chasing The Clouds quest as the point at which Aniimo’s in-game Mail menu becomes available. A newly created character may therefore be unable to collect a code reward until that story progress is complete. Redeeming on a more advanced character does not make Mail appear earlier on a different, unfinished character.
Cross-progression is not showing the reward
Use the same Aniimo account and the same server on mobile and console. The official mobile notice makes that pairing a requirement for shared progress, resources and party lineups. Signing in through a different platform account, choosing another server, or starting a separate profile can produce a clean game state with no access to the original Mail message.

Are mobile and console codes different?
There is no published indication that the Gift Code Redemption screen uses separate code formats for phones and consoles. The current instructions describe one in-game route, and the cross-progression announcement treats mobile, PC and console progress as connected when the account and server match. A code can still be limited by its own conditions, such as a one-time use, an expiration date, an event window, or a regional restriction. Those conditions belong to the individual code, not to the touch screen or controller.
Do not assume that a code shown in an old list remains active. The launch period includes changing event rewards, and code strings, expiry dates and regional rules are volatile. Check the date and terms of the official announcement that published a code before spending time troubleshooting a rejected entry.
Security precautions for Aniimo rewards
Use only the in-game redemption screen and official Aniimo announcements. Avoid code generators, unfamiliar QR codes and links that ask you to sign in outside the game. Aniimo’s official notice says that rewards are delivered through official events and in-game Mail and that the team will never ask for a verification code or payment to claim them.
A request for a one-time login code, credit-card payment, cryptocurrency, or remote-access software is not part of normal redemption. Close the page, do not provide the information, and return to the installed client. The legitimate process requires the code string and the game account; it does not require paying a fee to unlock a reward.
What the launch reward milestone means
Aniimo’s September 23, 2026 mobile-launch notice mentions more than 40 million global pre-registrations. That figure describes a launch milestone and associated rewards; it is not a guarantee that every code listed online is active, nor is it a separate redemption method. Claim any milestone item through the Mail instructions attached to the relevant official event.

- Choose the account and server that contain your main character before entering a code.
- Redeem once, then check Mail on that same profile.
- Move to another device only after confirming that the account login is identical.
- Allow for one-time-use rules. Submitting the same code again may return an already-used message rather than grant a second item.
- Record the event date and expiry terms for limited-time codes so you can distinguish an expired code from a sign-in or Mail problem.
Following this order prevents the two most common mistakes: entering a valid code on the wrong server and assuming that a delayed Mail reward was never delivered.
Bottom line for mobile and console players
Aniimo codes can be redeemed on iOS, Android, PS5 and Xbox. Open the in-game menu, choose Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, enter the case-sensitive code exactly, and collect the result from Mail. Shared progress requires the same account and server, and Mail may remain locked until the Chasing The Clouds quest. Because codes and menu labels can change, verify the current code status and client version through official channels before relying on any published list.
