Yes. ONE PIECE Bounty Rush has an official Windows PC version distributed through Steam. It is free to play, supports keyboard and mouse as well as a controller, and can share most progress with the mobile versions through Multi-Login. The important catch is account association: link your mobile data before signing in on Steam, because Bandai Namco says the Steam account cannot be changed or unlinked after Multi-Login is enabled.
What the PC version is, and where it is available
The PC edition is the Steam version of ONE PIECE Bounty Rush, not an unofficial emulator build. Bandai Namco lists the game for the Apple App Store, Google Play and Steam. Steam lists it as free to play, with the PC release dated September 23, 2024.

Steam separately notes that its DirectX 12 API requires Windows 10 version 1809 or later and a graphics processor with 4 GB of VRAM. That note does not replace the main store requirement of 64-bit Windows 11, so treat Windows 11 as the baseline when deciding whether your system is supported.
The Steam listing estimates 1080p at 60 frames per second on low settings with minimum hardware and at high settings with recommended hardware. It also warns that frame rate can fall in graphics-intensive scenes. Those are storefront estimates rather than a laboratory test, so a computer close to the minimum should leave some headroom for Windows and background applications.
Pre-install checklist
- Confirm that Windows is 64-bit and meets the listed Windows requirement.
- Make sure at least 7 GB is free on the drive where Steam installs the game; keeping additional space available helps Steam download and update files.
- Compare your processor and graphics card with the minimum or recommended rows rather than relying only on a laptop’s model name.
- Use the recommended specification if you want the store’s high-setting 1080p/60fps estimate to be relevant.
How PC controls work
Bandai Namco lists both keyboard-and-mouse support and controller support. A controller is optional; it is not a stated requirement for playing on PC. You can start with the input method that suits you and change your preference without moving your account between platforms.
Keyboard and mouse
Keyboard and mouse are the native PC input option identified by the publisher. This is useful if you do not own a gamepad or prefer physical keys for movement and commands. The official material does not publish a universal key map in the information used here, so check the game’s current control settings after installation rather than assuming a particular layout.
Controller
The Steam version also supports a controller. Connect a compatible controller before launching or while Steam is running, then check the game’s input settings and the controller’s response in a non-ranked mode. Because the publisher presents controller support as an option alongside keyboard and mouse, buying a controller is not necessary to access the PC version.
Install the official PC version through Steam
- Install and sign in to the Steam client on a compatible Windows PC.
- Search Steam for ONE PIECE Bounty Rush and open the official store listing.
- Choose the free installation option and select the library drive with at least 7 GB available.
- Wait for Steam to download and install the game, then start it from your library.
- At the title screen, decide whether you are creating a new Steam game account or bringing an existing mobile account through Multi-Login. Do not continue with the wrong path if you intend to preserve mobile progress.
The installation itself does not require a paid PC purchase. In-game spending, if you choose to use it, is separate from obtaining the Steam client and game.
Use an existing mobile account on Steam
If you already play on iPhone, iPad or Android, link the mobile data first. The order matters because Multi-Login is the account-connection process, not a temporary guest sign-in.

- Open the mobile game and open its menu.
- Choose Link Data and follow the in-game precautions. Complete this before opening the Steam version for the transfer.
- Launch the Steam version and select Multi-Login on the title screen.
- Choose the same data-link method you used on mobile. Bandai Namco identifies Apple IDs, Google account IDs and Bandai Namco IDs as available methods on its Steam information page.
- Confirm the account information carefully and allow the Steam version to load the linked data.
Bandai Namco’s support FAQ states: “After performing ‘Link Data’ on the mobile version, please set up Multi-Login through the ‘Multi-Login’ option on the PC version’s (Steam) title screen.” Use the same identity provider on both sides; selecting a different method can lead you to a different account.

Steam-to-mobile procedure
You can also begin on Steam and then use that account on a mobile device:
- On Steam, use Link Data and complete the in-game linking process.
- Open the mobile title screen and select Multi-Login.
- Choose the same Apple ID, Google account ID or Bandai Namco ID method used on Steam.
This direction does not make platform-specific rankings identical. It only connects the account data that Bandai Namco designates as shareable.
The irreversible Steam-account warning
Read the confirmation screens before accepting Multi-Login. Bandai Namco says that once Multi-Login is enabled, it cannot be disabled and the Steam account cannot be changed. The publisher also warns that if you create a new Bounty Rush account on Steam and link it to a Steam account, that association cannot be undone.

- Check the Steam profile currently signed in to the Steam client.
- On mobile, confirm that the displayed player account is the one you want to use on PC.
- Verify the link method and account identifier, especially if you use more than one Google, Apple or Bandai Namco account.
- Do not use the new-account path if your goal is to continue mobile progress.
- Stop and correct the sign-in before enabling Multi-Login; there is no documented switch that lets you replace the Steam association later.
The supported arrangement is one mobile device and one Steam account for the same linked game account. It is not a general-purpose license that can be moved among several Steam accounts.
What data is shared between PC and mobile?
Multi-Login shares most progression, but not every value is merged. The following distinction explains why your character collection can look the same on both devices while a rank or currency balance appears different.

Seeing a different League Rank or ranking after switching devices is therefore expected. It does not necessarily indicate a failed link. Rainbow Diamonds also require attention: Bandai Namco says they can be claimed through either platform, with the receiving version selected using the Gift Box control.
Crossplay: which battles work between PC and mobile?
Playing on the same linked account is different from playing a cross-platform match. The Steam version supports mobile crossplay for specific battle types, not every competitive queue.

If you cannot invite a mobile friend to a League Battle or find Championship on Steam, that is a platform rule rather than an account-transfer error.

Choose Steam when you want a larger display or physical controls and your Windows PC meets the requirements. Stay on mobile for Championship or for modes where you specifically need the mobile ranking and queue. Linking the account lets you use the same core collection and progression without making those platform differences disappear.
Performance, display and storage considerations
The 7 GB figure is available storage, not a promise that every future patch will fit into exactly 7 GB. Steam may need working room while downloading, unpacking or updating files, so installing on a nearly full drive can cause avoidable failures. Leave additional free space and keep Windows and graphics drivers current.
Use the minimum row as a compatibility floor, not as a target for every setting. The store’s 1080p/60fps estimate pairs minimum hardware with low settings and recommended hardware with high settings. A laptop using integrated graphics, a system with less memory available to the game, or a PC running several background applications may not match those estimates. Graphics-intensive scenes can still reduce frame rate even on recommended hardware.
If you are deciding between PC and mobile, the practical benefit of Steam is a larger monitor and physical input, not a guaranteed competitive advantage. The publisher does not state that keyboard, mouse or controller users receive separate matchmaking treatment. Select the input method you can use consistently, then test it in a room or free match before entering a more important queue.
Account and device limits to remember
Multi-Login is designed to let one linked account be used on one mobile device and one Steam account. It does not provide a way to attach the same game data to several Steam profiles, nor does it turn platform-specific rankings into one combined ranking. If several people use the same Windows computer, verify which Steam profile is active before launching the title.
Linking is also different from simply installing the game. A fresh Steam installation can start a new game account; that account will not automatically contain a mobile collection. Conversely, signing out of Steam or reinstalling the client does not by itself undo the Multi-Login association. The decisive step is the account confirmation on the title screen, so review it carefully.
Troubleshooting account setup
Multi-Login does not show the expected account
- Return to the mobile version and confirm that Link Data was completed before starting Steam.
- Check that the Steam title screen is using Multi-Login, not a new-account flow.
- Use the same Apple ID, Google account ID or Bandai Namco ID method on both devices.
- If you have multiple accounts with the same provider, verify the exact account selected before confirming.
You selected the wrong Steam account
Stop before completing Multi-Login if you notice the wrong Steam profile. Bandai Namco’s warning is categorical: after Multi-Login is enabled, the Steam account cannot be changed and the association cannot be disabled. Contacting support may be the only remaining route, but the published instructions do not promise that an association can be reversed.
Progress looks incomplete on PC
Check which type of data is missing. Player level, characters, training, items, medals, Event Pass and Rush Pass are intended to be shared. League Rank, other rankings and Rainbow Diamonds are platform-specific; use the Gift Box control when selecting the platform that should receive Rainbow Diamonds.

A friend on mobile cannot join your battle
Check the mode first. Room Matches, Free Matches and Alliance Battles support PC/mobile crossplay. League Battles do not, and Championship is currently mobile-only.
The game runs below the expected frame rate
- Compare the computer with the minimum and recommended graphics rows, not only the processor.
- Confirm that 7 GB is available for installation and updates.
- If the PC is near minimum hardware, begin with low graphics settings; the store’s 1080p/60fps estimate for minimum hardware is specifically for low settings.
- Expect possible drops in graphics-intensive scenes because Steam explicitly qualifies its frame-rate estimates.
- For the high-setting estimate, use hardware at or above the recommended configuration and 8 GB of RAM.
Safe setup sequence
For an existing mobile player, the least risky order is:
- Identify the mobile account and the Steam profile you intend to use.
- Complete Link Data on mobile.
- Install the official free Steam version.
- Choose Multi-Login on the Steam title screen.
- Select the identical linking method and verify the account before accepting.
- Test a non-ranked mode first, then check shared characters, items and passes.
- Use the platform-appropriate queue: crossplay is available in Room, Free and Alliance Battles, but not League Battles; Championship remains mobile-only.
For a brand-new PC player with no mobile progress, install from Steam and follow the new-account flow, remembering that linking that newly created game account to a Steam account is also not reversible according to Bandai Namco’s warning.

Is the Steam version an emulator?
No. Bandai Namco publishes an official Steam edition. You do not need to run the mobile app through an emulator, and the Steam listing supplies its own Windows requirements and input support.
Can I play without a controller?
