Not as a verified shared multiplayer session. The official Steam listing labels Demon Bluff Demo “single-player,” and the available official information does not establish friend lobbies or another supported way to join the same game online. You can plan a remote get-together around separate solo play, but confirm with the developer before relying on shared viewing or streaming.
What the official listing says about playing together
Steam describes Demon Bluff as a social-deduction game with roguelike deckbuilding. You investigate a corrupted village and try to identify demons hidden among apparent allies. Characters appear as cards: Villagers and Outcasts offer information and abilities, while Demons and Minions can mislead you by posing as Villagers.

The official demo listing explicitly labels the game single-player. It does not establish online multiplayer, private friend lobbies, shared controls, or a way for several people to take part in one run. That means there is no verified in-game setup for inviting friends into a shared session. The listing’s question, “Can you see through their bluff?”, describes the game’s challenge, not a confirmed multiplayer feature.

What you can organize without treating it as multiplayer
Separate solo runs with a group conversation
If everyone has access to the game, friends could each play their own solo run while talking together through a separate communication service they already use. This is a host-organized social format, not a Demon Bluff feature: each person has a separate game and makes their own decisions. The official material does not specify group-chat requirements or recommend a particular service.

Take turns discussing the game
You can also make the gathering a discussion about the game rather than a shared session. For example, players can compare how they interpreted character information after their own runs. Keep expectations clear in the invitation: the official listing identifies the demo as single-player, so friends should not expect to join one another’s village or control the same run.
Shared viewing or streaming needs confirmation
The official listing does not say whether the developer permits or supports remote shared viewing or streaming. Do not promise that a screen-sharing workflow is supported, or present it as an official way to play together. If watching one person play is central to your plan, ask UmiArt or offbrand games whether that use is permitted and supported before scheduling around it.

How to plan the event accurately
- Set the expectation in the invitation. Say that the official Steam listing calls the demo single-player and that a shared online session has not been established.
- Choose a format that does not depend on a shared game. Arrange separate solo play with conversation, or make the event a discussion. Do not advertise friend lobbies, shared controls, or a group run.
- Check any viewing plan with the developer. If you want everyone to watch one player, get confirmation from UmiArt or offbrand games about whether remote viewing or streaming is permitted and supported.
- Check the official Steam page close to the event. Features and release information can change; rely on an updated official listing rather than assuming a new multiplayer feature has arrived.
What game modes and content are listed
The official listing names randomized village runs, Deckbuilding mode, endless mode, and challenges. It presents these as game modes, but does not describe them as group or multiplayer modes. It also lists 40+ unique character cards to collect. That is a product feature claim from the Steam listing, not a measure of how many players can join a session.

- On the riverbanks of Limbo, cloaked and masked individuals patiently wait for a sign from you. At a wave of your hand, you will place them in one of the boats that are bobbing on the oddly colored water below.
- Most of these figures are honest and good Souls that try to reach the eternal bliss of the Afterlands beyond. Some, however, are devious Demons that hope to get smuggled across by one of your corrupted colleagues!
- So who do you trust and why? Which boat can be safely sent out? Or maybe it's you that is working in secret with the other Demon smugglers in play...
- Each round, passengers are placed facedown in one of two boats. When placed, unique Gifts are collected that will help their owner to figure out who might be trusted and which boat will score highest for their team. Finally, all players will vote on the boat that they will sent out to the Afterlands.
- Passengers is a game of tactical communication, about knowing when to share information and when to remain silent. When to be honest and when to bluff in order for your team to win.
