Yes, GDDR6 is available—but it usually isn’t sold as a RAM stick you can add to a PC. For most consumers, the practical way to get it is to buy a complete graphics card whose specifications list GDDR6. The chips on a graphics card are typically soldered to its board, so replacing or adding them is specialized repair work, not a normal memory upgrade.
What GDDR6 is—and why it is not a desktop RAM stick
GDDR6 is graphics DRAM: memory designed for graphics cards and other high-bandwidth applications. Micron categorizes it as graphics memory, separate from the DDR system memory installed in desktop DIMM or laptop SO-DIMM slots. Micron’s GDDR6 overview

On a discrete graphics card, GDDR6 is the card’s video memory, or VRAM. Micron says graphics DRAM is typically soldered to the same PCB as the graphics processor. That is why buying a GDDR6 chip does not ordinarily give you a user-installable upgrade: a graphics card does not have a standard memory slot for it. Micron’s graphics DRAM FAQ
What can you buy as a consumer?
The straightforward retail purchase is a complete graphics card. Check the exact model’s manufacturer specifications for both its memory generation and VRAM capacity; cards with similar names or appearances can differ. For example, NVIDIA specifies the professional RTX 6000 Ada Generation with 48 GB of GDDR6 with error-correcting code (ECC), and directs prospective buyers to its store or partners. That example establishes a product configuration, not a recommendation for every user. NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada Generation

If searching a retailer, use a phrase such as “GDDR6 graphics card” rather than “GDDR6 RAM upgrade.” Verify the exact card model and its manufacturer specifications before buying. GDDR6 and GDDR6X are different memory types; do not assume a listing for one describes the other.
Can you replace or upgrade the memory chips on your current card?
Not like replacing a desktop memory module. Graphics DRAM is typically soldered to the card’s PCB, and Micron says GDDR6 is not a direct replacement for GDDR5 or GDDR5X because of package-size differences. A chip-level change would require board-level rework and exact physical, electrical, and firmware compatibility. The cited product information does not establish that any particular consumer card supports a capacity or memory-generation upgrade. Micron’s graphics DRAM FAQ

If you suspect a memory fault, check the graphics-card maker’s support and warranty process before attempting a repair. NVIDIA says covered graphics-card hardware failures may be repaired or replaced if repair is not possible, but coverage depends on the product and region; review the terms for your specific card and seller. How to compare graphics cards with GDDR6
Memory type alone does not tell you whether a card is right for your workload, and the available product example does not establish a general performance ranking. Compare the exact board model, VRAM capacity, intended workload, and warranty or support terms. Confirm GDDR6 or GDDR6X from the manufacturer’s specifications rather than inferring it from a product title.

What about integrated graphics?
Integrated Intel graphics are a different case from a discrete graphics card with dedicated GDDR memory. Intel says its graphics have no dedicated memory and share system memory; a computer may report graphics memory without having physical, dedicated VRAM. This description should not be applied to a discrete card whose specifications list dedicated GDDR memory. Intel graphics memory information
