Probably, but India-specific signup and payment availability are not confirmed in LiveReacting’s published materials. Its documented workflow connects a YouTube channel and loops uploaded prerecorded video from the cloud. Before paying, check whether checkout accepts your country and payment method, and confirm the displayed currency and taxes. YouTube’s separate live-streaming eligibility and content policies still apply.
What LiveReacting’s documented workflow does
LiveReacting’s tutorial, dated March 10, 2026, describes creating a video in LiveReacting Studio, uploading or selecting prerecorded video, enabling Loop, connecting a YouTube channel, entering stream details, and starting the broadcast. The stream runs on LiveReacting’s servers, so the creator’s computer does not need to remain on after setup. These are vendor-documented steps, not an independent test or a guarantee of uninterrupted streaming. LiveReacting’s looping tutorial.
Set up one video or a playlist
- Open LiveReacting Studio and create a video.
- Upload or select the prerecorded video you want to broadcast, then switch on Loop.
- Connect your YouTube channel in the settings and enter the stream title and description.
- Start the stream. To keep it running until you stop it manually, LiveReacting’s guide says to leave the duration unset.
For several recordings, add them as a playlist, arrange their order, and enable looping so the playlist starts over after the final item. The guide also describes optional overlays such as text, a logo, polls, and trivia. If scheduling in advance, verify the broadcast time: the settings guide says scheduling follows the device’s timezone. It also describes public, private, and unlisted privacy choices. Some categories in the interface may not be available in every location, so confirm the intended YouTube settings in your account. LiveReacting’s YouTube settings guide.
What Indian creators should verify before subscribing
The published workflow is generic and does not state that India is blocked, but the available materials also do not confirm Indian signup, payment methods, billing currency, or taxes. That makes “probably yes” a more supportable answer than a guarantee. Check signup and checkout for your country, accepted payment option, final currency, and applicable taxes before committing to a paid plan. LiveReacting’s public pricing page is the appropriate place to recheck plan details, which can change.

Check YouTube eligibility before setting up the broadcast
A LiveReacting account does not bypass YouTube’s requirements. YouTube says a channel must be verified and have no live-streaming restrictions during the previous 90 days; the streamer must be at least 16. Streams must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and YouTube may restrict streaming access. See YouTube’s live-streaming requirements.
Looping a video does not guarantee monetization
YouTube’s channel monetization policy, updated July 15, 2025, says monetized content should be original and authentic, and identifies repetitive or mass-produced material as “inauthentic content.” Reviewers may assess a channel as a whole, including its theme, newest and most-viewed videos, share of watch time, metadata, and About section. The policy applies to live streams as well as other content.

Copyright and monetization are separate questions: having permission to use someone else’s material does not by itself establish monetization eligibility. Use material you have rights to, make the stream meaningfully original and valuable, and do not assume that looping is automatically prohibited or automatically eligible for monetization. YouTube’s policy says: “This type of content has always been ineligible for monetization under our existing policies, where creators are rewarded for original and authentic content.” The statement concerns repetitive or mass-produced material. Read YouTube’s channel monetization policies.

LiveReacting’s methods comparison described its plans as starting at $19.99 per month when published; that is a dated vendor claim, not a current price guarantee. Its public pricing page lists prerecorded video and 24/7 streaming features, but the reviewed page did not expose all price details. Recheck the comparison and the pricing page before deciding. For context, Google reported that more than 600 million logged-in viewers watched live content, including archive, each day in August 2026. That is a global platform figure, not an estimate of Indian creator counts or any channel’s likely views. Google India Blog.
