Srivastava found the top snug and stylish, with thick straps, racerback detailing, and padding she considered supportive for a light workout. The Hindustan Times review listed its composition as 80% polyester and 20% spandex, and its price as ₹1,299 at publication. Zen Cycling Shorts
For her, the shorts did not ride up during use and helped avoid the chafing concern she described. She wore them not just to gym sessions but on morning walks, coffee runs, and a quick neighbourhood shopping trip, including with long, boxy T-shirts. The review listed the same composition—80% polyester and 20% spandex—and a price of ₹1,299 at publication.
She also reported that the Zen pieces did not need ironing before wearing and that none of the three reviewed pieces lost colour after washing. These are personal observations, not results from an independent wash or durability test.

Was the Essential set comfortable on a flight?
Srivastava wore the Essential Double Waistband Pants and Essential Polo Neck Sweatshirt – 1/4th Zipper in Ivory Cream on a long flight. She described the combination as an easy airport outfit. The sweatshirt has full-length sleeves and a zipper that can be raised to a high neck, and she found its sleeves and stitching premium-feeling. She described the sweatshirt’s shape as boxy.
The review listed the sweatshirt composition as 65% cotton, 31% polyester, and 5% spandex. Each Essential garment was priced at ₹2,099 in the article. She preferred the set for colder weather, but its thicker fabric bothered her after arriving in hot, humid Kerala. As she put it, “Of course, once I landed in hot and humid Kerala, the thick fabric became quite bothersome.”
