Yes—a wireless HDMI transmitter-and-receiver kit can send audio and video from a source device to a TV, monitor, or projector without a long cable between them. But the title’s “$60” is not a dependable current price: a Lemorele search result showed $59, while its product page displayed $129 for a listing with selectable variants. Check the exact model and offer before buying.
What a wireless HDMI kit does
A typical kit has two parts: a transmitter connected to the HDMI source, such as a laptop or set-top box, and a receiver connected to the display. The pair carries the source’s audio and video wirelessly; it does not add streaming apps or turn a TV into a streaming service. Lemorele describes its kit for TVs, projectors, monitors, and conference displays, while Nyrius describes its Orion Prime as an HDMI-to-HDMI sender and receiver (Lemorele; Nyrius).
This can help when a cable would cross a walkway or need a difficult route around a room. Whether it works well depends on the kit’s ports and video capabilities, and on the wireless path between the two units.
Is there really a $60 kit?
Not as a price you can safely assume from this title. The Lemorele search result showed a $59 offer, but the opened manufacturer page showed $129 and included selectable variants. Those figures conflict, so the exact variant, seller offer, and current availability need checking before treating the product as a $60 purchase (Lemorele product page).

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Other manufacturer-listed examples also vary in specification and price. Nyrius lists $69.97 for its Orion Prime comparison chart; Lemorele’s separate P10 page showed $86; and OREI’s WUHD-PRO100-K page showed $149.99 and unavailable when opened. These are page-specific offer details, not a stable market-price comparison (Nyrius; Lemorele P10; OREI).
Check compatibility before choosing a kit
Match the source and display connectors
Check what plugs into each end. HDMI-to-HDMI kits are not interchangeable with a USB-C-to-HDMI configuration. Lemorele’s P10, for example, has a USB-C transmitter and HDMI receiver; a USB-C port alone does not prove that a phone or computer can output video. Confirm the source device supports video over that port and that the kit matches it (Lemorele P10).

Match resolution and refresh rate
“4K” by itself does not tell you the refresh rate. Lemorele lists variants for 1080p at 60Hz and 4K at 30Hz, while IOGEAR lists 3840 × 2160 at 60Hz for its GWLR4K60KIT. Choose a kit that supports the output mode you intend to use—not just the resolution printed most prominently in a listing (Lemorele; IOGEAR GWLR4K60KIT).
Consider latency and content protection
Wireless transmission can add delay, which matters for games and other interactive use. IOGEAR lists latency under 200 ms for its H.264 system; that is a manufacturer specification, not an independent measurement or a guarantee for every setup. IOGEAR also says the kit supports HDCP 2.2, a relevant detail if your source and content require that protection standard (IOGEAR GWLR4K60KIT).

Will the signal reach across your room?
Range figures are manufacturer claims, and the stated conditions differ. They should not be read as a promise that a kit will work at the maximum distance in a particular home.
| Example | Manufacturer-listed video mode | Manufacturer-claimed range and conditions | Other listed detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lemorele wireless HDMI variants (manufacturer page) | 1080p at 60Hz or 4K at 30Hz, depending on variant | Up to 50 m in open areas | Dual-band 2.4 GHz/5.8 GHz transmission |
| Nyrius Orion Prime (manufacturer page) | Full HD 1080p at 60Hz | Up to 150 ft without barriers; 50 ft through walls, floors, and ceilings | Comparison chart lists $69.97 |
| IOGEAR GWLR4K60KIT (manufacturer page) | 3840 × 2160 at 60Hz | Up to 600 ft; the page describes a closed 5 GHz system | H.264 compression; latency under 200 ms; no existing wireless network required |
| OREI WUHD-PRO100-K (manufacturer page) | 4K at 30Hz over 60 GHz | Up to 100 ft line of sight; the page says it does not transmit through walls or other obstructions | Page showed $149.99 and unavailable when opened |
Because these are vendor specifications rather than independent tests, treat a stated maximum as a starting point for checking your room layout. A 60 GHz model such as the OREI explicitly requires line of sight, while other listings describe different obstruction conditions. Verify the exact product’s guidance against the walls, furniture, and distance between your source and display.

What to verify on the exact listing
- Ports: Confirm the transmitter input and receiver output match your devices; for USB-C, verify the source supports video output.
- Video mode: Check both resolution and refresh rate, such as 1080p/60Hz, 4K/30Hz, or 4K/60Hz.
- Room conditions: Compare the stated range with your distance and whether the signal must pass through walls or other obstacles.
- Power and included items: Check how each unit is powered and what the package includes; the cited pages do not establish a common power requirement across these kits.
- Network and protection: Confirm whether the kit uses its own link or requires an existing network, and check HDCP support if your content chain needs it.
- Price and stock: Verify the precise transmitter/receiver variant and its current offer rather than relying on a search-result price.
