What the award record does—and does not—confirm
The result records a contract award. It does not establish that the coal has been shipped, delivered, accepted by ONEE or burned at the station. The page also does not state a delivery schedule or contract clauses.

How this differs from Bulk Trading’s Jerada award
ONEE separately awarded Bulk Trading a steam-coal contract for the Jerada thermal power station in 2024. That tender, SC4125216, covered 120,000 metric tonnes and was judged on 17 May 2024, with an award amount of USD 12,570,000 excluding tax, according to ONEE’s result for that tender. It is a separate procurement from the 2025 Mohammedia award; its quantity and value should not be attributed to SC4129583.
Other traders have also received ONEE business. Challenge reported on 27 April 2025 that Flame SA had won a different Mohammedia steam-coal contract, while Africa Intelligence reported on 8 March 2024 that Bulk Trading had won an earlier ONEE tender for Mohammedia. Those reports provide procurement context, not evidence of performance under the SC4129583 award.
