How the real-DVD experience works
The Steam release is playable on a PC, but its distinctive feature is that it includes a DVD file intended to be burned to a disc. After burning, you can put the resulting disc into a compatible DVD player and operate it with the player’s normal controls.
- Buy and download the Steam edition. Install the game and locate the included DVD image or DVD-ready file supplied with the release.

Self-burn or collector physical edition?
There are two ways to own the physical-media version. You can create a disc yourself from the Steam download, or buy a separate collector physical DVD edition. - A Steam copy of Buitopia DVD.
- A computer with a working DVD burner.
- A blank DVD-R recordable disc.
