Do not confuse this four-size bundle with the newer Vertuo Pop+ listings, which add further cup options. Nespresso’s Vertuo Pop / Pop+ Quick Start Guide and Specifications covers both models, so check which model number a manual refers to before relying on a specific setting.
Cup sizes and how the machine selects them
The BNV150 listing gives four programmed sizes. Breville’s page explains the selection method in marketing terms: “With four cup sizes, from Espressos to Mugs, simply choose your Nespresso capsule, pop it in, and you’re away at the touch of a button.” In practice, the capsule you insert determines the size, and the machine reads a barcode on the capsule.
