What drinks and adjustments does the BNE500 offer?
The BNE500 manual lists three coffee-button volumes. These are nominal settings in the manual, not independent measurements of what every used machine will dispense.

A Nespresso UK listing for the Sage-branded Creatista Uno also gives three milk-texture settings, but that is regional family-level information and does not establish that every Breville-market BNE500 bundle or configuration is identical.

The manual recommends fresh, cold milk and says the model is optimized for refrigerated, freshly opened pasteurized whole or semi-skimmed milk. Milk type and operating conditions affect results, and no independent froth-quality test is available here.
What are the BNE500’s size and included accessories?
Breville Canada lists dimensions of 17.1 × 39.3 × 30.8 cm and says the package includes a stainless-steel milk jug and capsule tasting box. The Nespresso UK Sage Creatista Uno listing gives a 1.5-litre removable tank, 5.2 kg weight, and 19-bar pressure. Treat those latter specifications as regional listing details, not a guarantee that every market’s BNE500 or bundle is identical. Confirm the unit’s dimensions, tank, and included items with the seller, especially for used or old-stock listings.

How do you prepare milk with the Creatista Uno?
Follow the BNE500 manual and use the supplied jug. It says to fill the jug with fresh cold milk within its minimum and maximum markings, position the steam wand, and make sure the jug contacts the temperature sensor before starting the coffee extraction sequence. The manual’s guidance is specific to this model; do not assume that an arbitrary container or milk routine will behave the same way.
- Fill the supplied jug with fresh, cold milk, observing its minimum and maximum marks.
- Position the steam wand as directed in the manual and set the jug so it contacts the temperature sensor.
- Select the desired milk temperature and texture settings available on your unit, then follow the manual’s sequence for preparing the drink.
- After use, clean the jug and steam wand according to the manual’s instructions.
How do you clean and descale a Creatista Uno?

Descaling
The manual recommends the Nespresso descaling kit and says to follow its descaling recommendations or the machine’s alerts. It states that the procedure takes approximately 15 minutes and cautions that descaling solution can be harmful. Use the instructions supplied for the BNE500 and the kit, and handle the solution as directed; do not substitute an arbitrary chemical or procedure.
Is the Breville Nespresso Creatista Uno discontinued?
Breville’s Canadian BNE500 product page marks the Creatista Uno discontinued. That status applies to the Canadian page and does not establish stock or support status in every country. The Nespresso UK listing for the Sage-branded Creatista Uno showed out of stock when checked on October 7, 2026, but a stock status can change and is not the same as a universal discontinuation notice.
Breville’s Canadian product hub lists routes for parts, warranty and repair, the manual, and support. Eligibility for an older machine depends on market and serial number, so confirm local parts and service options with Breville before relying on them.
