ホテル名、宿泊日、予約番号、氏名まで正しいメッセージでも、本物とは限りません。Booking.comは2026年4月、一部の予約情報に第三者がアクセスした可能性を顧客へ通知したと報じられました。一方、2023年以降に確認されている同様の詐欺には、Booking.comそのものではなく、宿泊施設の管理アカウントや従業員端末の乗っ取りを起点とするものもあります。予約情報を知る相手から支払いを求められたら、メッセージ内のリンクや連絡先を使わず、公式アプリ、予約確認書、ホテル公式サイトから独立して確認してください。
「Booking.com全体の情報漏洩」とは限らない
現在確認できる事実は、少なくとも二つの経路に分けて考える必要があります。

したがって、正確な予約番号を知っていることだけで、Booking.com本体から直接流出したとは判断できません。ホテルの管理画面、ホテルのメール、従業員のPC、別サービスの漏洩情報など、複数の経路があり得ます。

漏れた可能性がある情報と、詐欺師が狙う理由
2026年の顧客通知について報じられた対象には、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、宿泊施設名、宿泊日、予約番号、宿泊施設に共有した情報などが含まれ得ます。物理住所は取得されていないとの追記もあります。金融情報にアクセスされなかったという会社説明と、偽サイトでカード情報を入力させられる危険は別の問題です。

予約変更・キャンセルを口実にする
- ホテルまたはBooking.comを装い、「支払いに問題がある」「数時間以内に確認しないとキャンセルされる」と告げる。
- メール、SMS、WhatsApp、またはBooking.com内メッセージでリンクを送る。
- 偽サイトでカード番号、ログイン情報、ワンタイムパスワード（OTP）を入力させる。
- 追加決済、カード不正利用、アカウント乗っ取りにつなげる。

乗っ取ったホテルアカウントを使う

偽CAPTCHAやコマンドを使う
Microsoftが報告した攻撃では、偽メールや偽CAPTCHAの後、Windowsの「ファイル名を指定して実行」画面へコマンドを貼り付けさせ、XWorm、Lumma stealer、VenomRATなどのマルウェアを導入していました。リンクを開いただけでなく、ファイルを実行したりコマンドを貼り付けたりした場合は、端末侵害として扱います。

危険信号：一つでもあれば返信しない
- 「数時間以内」「24時間以内」と期限を急かす。
- カードの再入力、OTP、銀行ログイン情報を求める。
- 予約確認書にない銀行振込、ギフトカード、暗号資産、個人名義口座を指定する。
- 突然WhatsAppやSMSへ移動させる。
- Booking.comに似た別ドメインへ誘導する。
- 偽CAPTCHA、添付ファイル、ソフトのダウンロード、Windowsコマンドの実行を求める。
- 予約番号は合っていても、金額や支払方法が元の予約条件と違う。

受信した直後の安全な確認手順
- リンク、添付ファイル、メッセージに書かれた電話番号を使わず、スクリーンショットを保存する。
- 自分でBooking.comアプリまたは公式サイトを開き、予約の状態と支払条件を確認する。
- ホテル公式サイトに掲載された電話番号へ直接電話し、メッセージの真偽を確認する。
- Booking.com公式アプリまたは公式サイトのカスタマーサービスから報告する。
- 不審なメッセージには返信せず、相手が指定した送金先へ支払わない。
正規のBooking.com内メッセージに見えても安全とは限りません。乗っ取られた宿泊施設アカウントが利用されるため、別経路での確認が必要です。

リンクを開いただけの場合
ページを閉じ、何も入力していなければ、端末とアカウントに不審な変化がないか確認します。ファイルをダウンロードした場合は、次の「マルウェアを実行した場合」と同じ対応を取ります。

ID、パスワード、OTPを入力した場合
- 安全な別端末から、Booking.com、メール、同じパスワードを使うサービスのパスワードを変更する。
- Booking.comで2段階認証を有効にし、不審なセッションをログアウトする。
- Booking.comへ直ちに報告する。
- OTPを入力した場合は、銀行やカード会社へ緊急連絡する。
カード情報を入力・送信した場合
- カード会社または銀行へ連絡し、カード停止、再発行、オンライン決済停止を依頼する。
- 明細と口座を監視し、不正利用を申告する。
- 警察、消費者保護機関、居住国のサイバー犯罪窓口へ届け出る。
送金した場合
送金先の銀行と自分の銀行へ直ちに連絡し、組戻しや不正送金の手続きを確認します。メッセージ、URL、振込記録、相手の口座情報は削除せず保存してください。

ファイルを実行した、コマンドを貼り付けた場合
- 端末をネットワークから切断し、その端末で銀行やメールにログインしない。
- 別の安全な端末から主要パスワードを変更する。
- セキュリティソフトで完全スキャンする。
- 会社端末なら自己判断で削除せず、IT管理者へ報告する。

ホテル・民泊事業者が取るべき対策
- 管理アカウントとメールに多要素認証を設定し、認証情報を共有しない。

- 偽CAPTCHAや「実行」画面へのコマンド貼り付けを禁止する。
- 予約データの閲覧権限を必要な従業員に限定し、不審なログインや大量閲覧を監視する。
- 顧客へメッセージや電話でカード情報、OTP、銀行ログイン情報を再収集しない。
- 侵害が疑われたら、顧客への連絡前にBooking.comと社内IT・セキュリティ担当へ通報する。
覚えておくべき判断基準
ホテル名、宿泊日、氏名、予約番号が一致しても、それはメッセージの正当性を証明しません。Booking.com本体への不正アクセス、ホテル側アカウントの乗っ取り、従業員端末の感染は別の事象です。金融情報が2026年の事案でアクセスされなかったという説明があっても、予約情報を使った偽サイトで自分からカード情報を渡す危険は残ります。支払いを求められた時点で、公式アプリとホテル公式サイトの電話番号を使って独立確認するのが最も安全です。
