BMAX’s B12 Power is a compact Windows 11 Pro-ready desktop built around Intel’s Core Ultra 9 185H. BMAX lists 16 cores, 22 threads, 24GB of onboard LPDDR5 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. Its displayed sale price is $799.99 USD, reduced from $999.99, although price, stock, shipping and delivery estimates can change.
What the BMAX B12 Power includes
The B12 Power targets buyers who want substantially more CPU capability than entry-level mini PCs without moving to a traditional tower. Its central processor is Intel’s Core Ultra 9 185H, specified at 16 cores and 22 threads with boost speeds up to 5.1GHz. Those are manufacturer specifications; no independent benchmark results were available for this model.

| Component | BMAX-listed specification |
|---|---|
| Processor | Intel Core Ultra 9 185H |
| CPU layout | 16 cores, 22 threads |
| Maximum boost | Up to 5.1GHz |
| Memory | 24GB LPDDR5, onboard |
| Storage | 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD |
| Graphics | Integrated Intel Arc graphics |
| AI hardware | Intel AI Boost NPU |
| Operating-system positioning | Windows 11 Pro readiness with TPM 2.0 |
The 24GB memory configuration is unusual in this class, sitting above the 16GB commonly found in small desktops. It is soldered or otherwise onboard, however, so buyers cannot replace it with a larger memory kit later. That makes the initial configuration important if you expect to keep the computer for several years.
Price and availability
BMAX’s official store displays the B12 Power at $799.99 USD, with a struck-through price of $999.99. The displayed difference is $200. This is a listed sale price checked in 2026, not a guaranteed long-term price. Confirm the current amount, inventory, shipping charge and delivery estimate immediately before ordering.

Ports, displays and networking
The compact computer is equipped for a multi-screen desk and wired or wireless networking. BMAX says its video outputs can drive up to three displays. The listed connections are:
- HDMI 2.1
- DisplayPort 2.1
- Full-featured USB-C
- Two USB 3.2 ports
- Two USB 2.0 ports
- 3.5mm headset jack
- 2.5Gbps Ethernet
- Wi-Fi 6
- Bluetooth 5.2
For office work, the combination of HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C can reduce the need for adapters, but the exact maximum resolution and refresh-rate combinations are not stated in the available product information. “Up to three screens” should therefore be treated as BMAX’s configuration claim rather than an independently verified result.

Can the B12 Power add storage?
Yes. In addition to the included 1TB drive, BMAX documents one M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe slot and a separate 2.5-inch SATA bay. The product listing does not state whether either location is occupied at shipment, nor does it specify the supported 2.5-inch drive thickness. Check the internal clearance and interface requirements before buying an upgrade.
- M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe: suitable for a second NVMe drive if the slot is vacant and the drive length matches.
- 2.5-inch SATA bay: can provide additional SATA SSD or hard-drive capacity, subject to the bay’s thickness and mounting hardware.
- RAM: onboard 24GB LPDDR5; there is no documented user memory upgrade path.
Size and desk placement
BMAX’s launch information gives the chassis as approximately 126 × 112 × 52mm and 390g. That footprint is small enough for a crowded desk, monitor stand or media cabinet, while the 2.5Gbps Ethernet port and multiple display outputs make it practical as a fixed workstation rather than only a travel computer. The published material does not provide power-draw measurements, fan noise readings or sustained thermal data.

What performance can you reasonably expect?
The Core Ultra 9 185H, 24GB of RAM and integrated Intel Arc graphics position the B12 Power for demanding multitasking, development tools, content-creation applications that benefit from CPU acceleration and general productivity across several displays. The integrated graphics are not equivalent to a dedicated gaming GPU, and the available evidence does not establish gaming frame rates, render times or performance under prolonged workloads.
The integrated Intel AI Boost NPU may support software features designed for local AI processing, but compatibility and speed depend on the application. BMAX’s listing identifies the NPU; it does not provide application-specific benchmarks.

Important unknowns before buying
- Sustained cooling: no independent temperature, throttling or acoustic testing was available.
- Real-world speed: no third-party benchmark suite was found, so CPU and graphics claims remain specification-based.
- Upgrade details: storage locations are documented, but drive clearance, included cables and installation procedure are not fully described.
- After-sales terms: verify the applicable warranty, return window and regional support conditions at checkout.
- Sale conditions: the $799.99 figure, stock and delivery information are volatile.
Who should consider it?
The B12 Power makes the most sense for someone who values a very small chassis, a high-core-count Intel processor, 24GB of memory out of the box, three-display capability and the option to add storage. It is less suitable for buyers who require replaceable RAM, a discrete graphics card, independently measured acoustics or proven sustained performance before purchase.

The Bottom Line
The BMAX B12 Power combines Intel’s 16-core Core Ultra 9 185H, 24GB onboard LPDDR5 and a 1TB NVMe SSD in a 126 × 112 × 52mm-class mini PC. BMAX lists it at $799.99, down from $999.99, with expandable storage but non-upgradeable RAM. Treat performance, cooling and the sale terms as unverified until independent testing and a current checkout page confirm them.
