BIWIN’s CL100 Mini SSD measures just 15 × 17 × 1.4 mm and is offered in capacities up to 2 TB. The company rates it for sequential reads up to 3,700 MB/s and writes up to 3,400 MB/s over PCIe 4.0 x2. Those are manufacturer specifications, not independently verified results. Most importantly, the drive fits only devices with a matching Mini SSD slot; it is not a drop-in replacement for an M.2 SSD or microSD card.
What the CL100 Mini SSD offers
BIWIN’s published specifications describe a compact NVMe drive built for space-constrained mobile and edge-computing devices. Its listed dimensions are 15.00 × 17.00 × 1.40 mm, and listed capacities are 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB.

Will a BiWin Mini SSD fit your handheld?
Only if the exact device configuration has a dedicated Mini SSD slot. The “portable gaming” description does not mean the drive can be installed in any handheld, nor does its small size make it interchangeable with standard M.2 or microSD storage. Check the device maker’s specifications or support documentation for the precise model and revision before buying.

BIWIN names the OneXPlayer Super X, OneXPlayer X1 Air, OneXFly Apex, and GPD WIN 5 as Mini SSD deployments. These are examples, not confirmation that every configuration or revision of those devices accepts the CL100. Verify the slot and supported capacity for your specific unit.
What to verify before choosing it
- Format and slot: Confirm your device explicitly supports Mini SSD, rather than assuming compatibility from a PCIe or NVMe specification.
- Capacity: BIWIN lists 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB options. Check the device maker’s supported capacities as well as the exact CL100 variant being sold.
- Performance needs: Treat the read and write maxima as BIWIN’s specifications. They do not establish the drive’s sustained speed or the performance you will see in a particular handheld.
- Purchase terms: Confirm local stock, price, warranty, and support with the seller or manufacturer. These details are not established here.
Names, reader accessory, and availability
BIWIN’s product page calls the drive “BL100 Mini SSD,” while its separate announcement uses “CL100 Mini SSD.” The naming differs across BIWIN materials; check the product identity and specifications on the listing for the exact unit you intend to buy. BIWIN also identifies the RD510 Mini SSD Reader as a companion accessory, but its current interface specifications, host compatibility, and retail availability are not established.

A TechRadar report dated December 14, 2025 described the slot as SIM-tray-style and covered Chinese-market listings. That dated, region-specific pricing should not be treated as a current price or as representative of availability elsewhere. BIWIN’s March 7, 2025 announcement described Mini SSD as a storage solution for edge AI and mobile computing; that positioning does not replace checking device-level compatibility.
