The standard BISSELL Little Green is a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner for spot-cleaning spills, stains, and pet messes on soft surfaces. But the available evidence does not confirm that its price is currently 35% off: BISSELL lists the standard model at $129.99 in its U.S. portable-cleaner range, while its promotions and past deal coverage show different discounts at different times. Check the seller’s live listing for the exact model and price before treating 35% as a current offer.
What the standard Little Green is for
BISSELL describes its portable cleaners as tools for tackling stains, pet messes, and odors on soft surfaces. The standard Little Green is a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner, intended for targeted cleanups rather than a whole-room vacuuming job. The product range is listed on BISSELL’s U.S. portable carpet cleaner page.

For its Little Green Mini, BISSELL describes a spot-cleaning sequence: apply solution, gently scrub with the brush tool, then suction up the mess. That is manufacturer guidance for the Mini and should not be taken as an independent performance test or as proof that every standard-model package includes the same accessories. See BISSELL’s Little Green Mini page.

Is the 35% discount available now?

Before relying on a percentage, check the retailer, the exact model number, the current price, the reference price used to calculate the discount, and the offer dates. The $129.99 figure shown for the standard Little Green on BISSELL’s U.S. product range is not itself proof of a sale or a current price at another seller.
How to distinguish the standard cleaner from Little Green variants
BISSELL’s range includes the standard Little Green alongside models such as the Mini, Max Pet, ProHeat, and Auto Pro. Their features, intended uses, included tools, and prices can differ, so confirm the model name and number on the listing before comparing deals. The range page is a useful starting point, but it does not provide a complete performance comparison.

- AMERICA'S #1 BRAND IN PORTABLE DEEP CLEANING: Trusted by over 7 million households.
- TAKE THE STRESS OUT OF MESS: Scientifically proven to lift and remove 100+ common messes and stains.
- ULTRA-POWERFUL TRIPLE ACTION FORMULA: Permanently removes stains and powerfully eliminates odors for “like new” results.
- LARGE 48OZ. CLEAN WATER TANK: Clean more, uninterrupted, with large capacity clean water tank.
- EASY STAIN REMOVAL: Just spray, scrub & suction.
- Standard Little Green: The model identified in this article; BISSELL lists model 1400B in its promotion details.
- Little Green Mini: Model 4075. BISSELL says it weighs 7 pounds and calls it the company’s lightest and most compact portable deep cleaner. Those claims apply to the Mini, not automatically to the standard unit.
- Other variants: Names such as Max Pet, ProHeat, and Auto Pro identify separate models. Do not assume that a tool, feature, or advertised price for one applies to another.
BISSELL’s Mini page also uses the phrase “Our viral Little Green® machine just got mini-fied!” This is BISSELL’s product copy, not an independent assessment.
Formula compatibility and what to check in the box
BISSELL support says its cordless Little Green models work with BISSELL formulas made for portable carpet cleaners. That support statement is specifically about cordless models; confirm the compatibility of the exact cleaner and formula SKU rather than assuming every product in the range uses the same solution. See BISSELL support’s formula guidance.

BISSELL’s Little Green Mini page says it is “America’s #1 Brand in Portable Deep Cleaners,” citing Circana Retail Tracking Service data for compact carpet cleaner unit sales in the 52 weeks ending January 18, 2025. This is a manufacturer-published sales-rank claim for that category, measure, and period—not an independent cleaning-performance result or a ranking specifically of the standard Little Green. The claim and its footnote appear on BISSELL’s Mini page.
