BigRock’s India Linux reseller hosting offers WHM and cPanel, with plans for 25 to 60 cPanel accounts and 50 to 200 GB of NVMe storage. It may suit a small agency or developer who wants to manage client hosting under a reseller brand, but compare the renewal price—not just the introductory rate—and confirm whether your chosen plan includes billing automation. BigRock advertises 99.99% uptime; the sources reviewed do not independently verify that figure.
What BigRock reseller hosting provides
Reseller hosting lets you allocate hosting resources into client packages and sell them under your own brand. BigRock says its reseller service uses WHM to manage reseller accounts and cPanel for individual client accounts. That setup can centralize routine hosting administration, while leaving you responsible for client relationships, support, billing and the services you promise.

BigRock’s current India-facing Linux page lists unlimited websites, unmetered transfer and unlimited email accounts, but the number of cPanel accounts is capped by tier. Separate client accounts therefore remain limited even if a plan card says unlimited websites. See BigRock’s Linux reseller plan details.

The following figures are from BigRock’s India Linux reseller page as captured on October 7, 2026. Listed and renewal prices are shown per month; confirm the billing term and current checkout price before buying, since hosting offers can change.
#1 Best Overall
| Plan | Listed price per month | Renewal price per month | NVMe SSD storage | cPanel accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | ₹1,759 | ₹1,979 | 50 GB | 25 |
| Economy | ₹1,919 | ₹2,379 | 100 GB | 35 |
| Deluxe | ₹2,399 | ₹2,969 | 150 GB | 45 |
| Premium | ₹3,359 | ₹4,159 | 200 GB | 60 |
Choose first by the number of separate client cPanel accounts you need, then by storage. A site count alone is a poor sizing guide: multiple sites may fit within a client account, but a separate client account consumes the plan’s account allowance. BigRock does not establish in the cited plan details how much storage an individual account should receive, so estimate from your clients’ actual site files, databases and email needs rather than assuming every account can use an equal share.
Compare total cost over the term you expect to keep it
The renewal column matters if you plan to keep reselling beyond the initial term. For a straightforward monthly comparison, the recurring monthly gap between listed and renewal rates is ₹220 for Essential, ₹460 for Economy, ₹570 for Deluxe and ₹800 for Premium. The page capture does not establish that the listed monthly rate applies to every billing term; calculate your expected total from the actual cart term and renewal terms, not by multiplying a promotional monthly figure blindly.
WHMCS, branding, and operational details to verify
BigRock describes the plans as supporting reseller branding and WHM/cPanel administration. Automated invoicing and account provisioning are a separate question: HostAdvice’s May 26, 2026 review says WHMCS availability may depend on the plan. Check the exact plan and checkout terms before building a client onboarding or billing workflow around WHMCS.
HostAdvice reviewer Walter Akolo reports having gone through plan selection, signup, checkout and the client area, and describes a live chat interaction with a human agent. That is one reviewer’s observed workflow and support interaction, not a guarantee of the experience every customer will receive. BigRock’s page lists chat, email and phone support and shows phone hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Read HostAdvice’s review, updated May 26, 2026.
Rank #3
HostAdvice also identifies CodeGuard and SiteLock as optional add-ons in its review. Treat backups and security scanning as possible additional costs, not as included plan features; verify their present availability, price and coverage in the checkout and terms.
Linux or Windows: match the hosting platform to client applications
BigRock lists a separate Windows reseller path. Linux WHM/cPanel is the more direct fit for common PHP-based workloads. A Windows plan may be relevant for clients whose applications specifically need technologies such as ASP.NET or Microsoft SQL Server. Confirm the current Windows control panel and compatibility requirements against each client application before choosing a platform; the cited materials do not provide enough detail to specify every Windows plan feature. Check BigRock’s Windows reseller hosting page.
Rank #4
Uptime, refunds, and review evidence
BigRock advertises 99.99% uptime on its product page. That is the provider’s claim, not an independently measured result: the sources reviewed do not establish BigRock reseller uptime through long-term monitoring. If client availability is a contractual concern, seek current status history and use independent monitoring rather than treating the advertised percentage as a measured guarantee.
BigRock advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible reseller purchases, excluding one-month purchases. Check the current terms for the region and billing term you intend to buy before relying on a refund. The page also displays a 4.4 out of 5 rating from 1,734 reviews; this is BigRock’s displayed review summary, not an independent representative satisfaction study.
Best Value
HostAdvice’s review is useful for observations about the purchase flow and one support interaction, but it is not long-term uptime monitoring or a broad customer survey. Its findings should be read as a dated review rather than as proof of future performance.
Quick Recap
Who should consider BigRock—and who should pause
It may fit
- A small agency or developer that wants to manage several client accounts using WHM and cPanel.
- A reseller whose expected client count fits within the plan’s 25–60 account cap and whose storage needs match its allocation.
- A business serving Windows-dependent applications, provided the Windows plan’s current panel and application requirements check out.
Check carefully before committing
- Compare renewal rates and the actual billing term with your expected client revenue and costs.
- Confirm WHMCS inclusion if you need automated billing or provisioning; availability may be plan-dependent.
- Budget separately for optional backup or security add-ons if you need them.
- Assess whether you can handle client support and billing. The available plan data does not establish that reselling will be profitable; margins depend on acquisition, support labor, taxes, churn and renewal economics.
